Chapter 203: Chapter 202, Encounter_1
Little Pipi was furious, her dirty little face puffing up like a baby goldfish, which made her even funnier.
The laughter of the other beasts did not stop because of her angry face; instead, it grew louder.
Even the usually stern Bosson had a smile in his golden eyes.
Little Pippi felt quite wronged. (The baby is bitter in her heart, but the baby doesn’t say it.)
Seeing the tears welling up in the little female’s eyes, Bosson finally picked up his sympathy, which he didn’t know where he’d thrown away, and coughed into his fist, "Alright, alright, stop laughing. How can any males bully a little female like this?"
As soon as he finished speaking, he was surrounded by disapproving glances from all angles. (You’re covered in fur yourself, and still call others monsters.)
Little Pipi also cast a disdainful glance at this orc who appeared to be mature and steady, but actually had a comical side.
Bosson blushed slightly and attempted to keep a straight face, looking at the little female seriously: "As soon as the snow lessens, we will set off. You can come with us..."
"Haha! Great, thank you so much, you really are a good orc!" Little Pipi leapt joyfully. She didn’t expect this stranger to be such a kind-hearted beast.
(What a huge misunderstanding.)
Bosson interrupted Little Pipi’s endless fawning with a wave of his hand: "But..."
Little Pipi’s face fell. She pouted—an image of pitiful—complaining, "There’s a but?!"
Bosson gave her a glance, "Of course! If you can’t keep up with us or slow us down, we’ll have to leave you behind. Understand?"
Little Pipi pursed her lips, whispering, "Okay, I understand. I am very capable, you know. While I might not be as good a hunter as you guys, my running skills are second to none in the tribe."
As she spoke, she actually started to brag about herself.
Bosson chuckled, looking at the grubby little figure. "Oh? Well, I’m looking forward to seeing your excellent escape skills then."
Little Pipi: Why do I feel like I’m being mocked by this stodgy old orc? Or is it just an illusion?
After raging for two whole days, the blizzard finally slowed down its pace. Bosson, leading the group of orcs and Little Pipi, started their journey to find the Tumang Tribe.
"Bosson, do you think we should find a..." Bosson interrupted with a glance before the sentence could be completed.
"Everyone, stay hidden. There’s a group of orcs coming." Bosson turned his head and whispered.
On the snowy plain ahead, a group of orcs was struggling forward. An orc’s voice accompanied by the cold winter wind could be heard, "How much longer until we reach the Watson Tribe? We’re running low on food."
The voice of the orc showed signs of impatience, seemingly trying to keep his temper in check.
Then a female voice responded, "We’ll reach there in no more than a day. Once we arrive, there’ll be plenty of food for you."
"Alright then, I’ll be waiting!"
"Haha~"
The sounds of their conversation became increasingly distant as the horde gradually disappeared into the snowy plain, leaving only a large row of footprints as a track of their whereabouts.
"In this cold winter, these orcs should be staying in the caves. Why are they out here?" Norwe asked confusedly.
Little Pipi looked at the departing horde with a sense of disgust, "Those are orcs from the Hyena Tribe. They are probably off to raid other tribes for food."
