Chapter 169: Chapter 168, Objective_1
"Bosson, a horde of orcs is catching up from behind!" panted an orc in a rush.
A stern look came into Bosson’s eyes, "They actually caught up!"
At this time, all the orcs that had gone hunting had also rushed back. Norwe looked strangely at Ji Nuan, with a hint of suspicion: "Bosson, I think something’s not right. These orcs are acting like they’ve gone mad, completely disregarding whether or not they’ll attract wild beasts, wildly searching in the forest."
Bosson’s eyes hardened; he turned his eyes to Ji Nuan, who was sitting peacefully on a beast skin. This was the first time he had carefully observed this frail-looking female cub.
The little female cub was skinny, her porcelain-white face showed no signs of fright, she was quite calm. Her two black, clear cat eyes were blinking, making her look somewhat cute.
Bosson spoke calmly, "What type of creature are you in your tribe?"
At this point, even if he was a fool, he would know that the female cub he had captured was not a negligible creature. Any creature that could cause this many orcs to risk their lives, must hold a high position within the tribe.
Without a bonfire and a beast-skin cloak, Ji Nuan rubbed her hands together from the cold and said with a smile, "I am the apprentice of the tribal shaman; I will take up his position next year."
The faces of Bosson and the other orcs instantly turned gloomy. So, they had not captured an ordinary female cub, but a shaman’s disciple!
Norwe said anxiously, "Bosson, we’d better get going quickly. These orcs will catch up soon."
Hints of orc howls were already coming from the distance.
After struggling for a moment, Bosson walked over to Ji Nuan and said, "We had no ill intentions. We only brought you here to ask about the treatment of the worm disease from you. We hope you can tell us."
Ji Nuan looked at him for a moment. Only when Norwe came over impatiently to push matters did she finally say, "The cure for the worm disease is from the Watson tribe, but our tribe has some as well."
The crowd of Orcs: "..."
So, did they have good fortune or bad fortune?
Ji Nuan stomped her feet where she stood, her lips turned white from the cold: "But we don’t have much medicine left for the worm disease in our tribe either. Do you want to trade for it?"
In the presence of a future shaman, Bosson and the other Orcs were very respectful: "My mother has had worms in her several times, and her stomach often hurts, and sometimes they come out after eating too much food.
This year, some nomadic orcs came to our territory. We learned from them that your tribal assembly had a powder that could cure the worm disease, so we came to exchange for it."
Ji Nuan nodded: "What do you plan to exchange for it?"
"We brought a lot of prey with us, but we didn’t expect your area to have wild beasts. We had to leave it behind for our safety." Norwe said, full of remorse.
Ji Nuan looked at the tall Snow Leopard Orc: "You are not the orcs from Eneru Forest, right? I heard what you said."
Bosson’s face changed for a moment, but finally nodded and replied, "Yes, we are from a tribe in the Nia Forest."
So, it was as she thought!
"So, how did you get here?"
The shaman had said that the four continents were separated by four huge mountain ranges. So how did these nomadic orcs and other orcs manage to travel between the two forests?
Bosson picked up a beast skin from the ground: "We can only come over when the river freezes. The Eneru River you have here is the Nia River in our territory."
