Chapter 193: Chapter 192, Lu Shi escapes_1
Lu Shi grabbed Sa Duoduo, who was on the brink of death, the smile at the corner of his mouth sent chills down the spines of the orcs: "It’s already too late~"
He looked at Chief Ge Xing standing by the kang: "Could you ask the orcs to open the door and let me out? Otherwise, I can’t guarantee Duoduo’s little neck will be safe if I unintentionally applying too much force."
Ge Xing frowned but didn’t move, the orcs of the Watson and Tumang tribes stood there calmly, without any action.
Lu Shi curved a mocking smile, clicked his tongue: "She is about to die, but Duoduo can still accompany me, it would be nice for us to continue being partners."
Enraged, Sarkar glared at him. His beloved little female was swaying like a dead prey in the hands of her former partner, filling his heart with an intense desire to kill:"Lu Shi, let go of Duoduo now, or I will kill you!"
Lu Shi glanced at him dismissively, the smile on his lips became more mocking: "Just you, huh~"
His arrogant demeanor completely disregarded this orc who had just called him father.
Grandma Shaman’s voice came leisurely from behind: "Let him go, but before leaving, he must put Duoduo outside the door, and also..."
Aunt Shaman handed forward a porcelain bowl on the kang table: "You need to bleed in this bowl first, then you can leave."
Ji Nuan placed the porcelain bowl a short distance from the edge of the kang, then quickly retreated to Xiu Yan’s side.
Lu Shi still held Sa Duoduo tightly, with his tiger tail curled up, he dragged the porcelain bowl to him, unfastening a thick piece of beast skin from his arm, exposing a terrifying pattern, there was a wound across it.
Lu Shi smiled as he squeezed his wound, dark blood dripped on the porcelain bowl, filling the room with a stench.
Ji Nuan swayed a little, feeling somewhat dizzy.
Xiu Yan embraced her in his arms. The familiar, clean, fresh scent from him cleared her dizzy mind. She buried her head in Xiu Yan’s chest, surprising herself with the potency of the fallen beast’s blood.
Grandma Shaman took the porcelain bowl of Lu Shi’s blood. Only then did Chief Ge Xing and the rest of the orcs followed behind the figure of Lu Shi all the way to the tribe’s entrance.
The heavy city gate creaked and finally fell with a thud. They watched Lu Shi carry Sa Duoduo out before the orcs lifted the gate once again.
Xiu Yan hovered above the city wall with his wings flapped, watching Lu Shi put Sa Duoduo outside the wall before quickly disappearing into the vast snowy fields.
"Come out, he’s gone." His cold voice was like a heavenly sound to the ears of Sarkar and the others.
Sa Duoduo was taken back to Aunt Shaman in a flurry, and given Lu Shi’s blood. Afterwards the orcs sat down quietly to process the day’s events.
"Where’s Ji Nuan?" Shaman Benny looked around but couldn’t find Ji Nuan and Xiu Yan, he asked with some confusion.
Chief Ge Xing heaved a sigh, his old face filled with worry: "She inhaled the poison in Lu Shi’s blood earlier today and feels a bit dizzy and uncomfortable. Xiu Yan has accompanied her to rest."
Benny nodded without suspicion.
"We just let Lu Shi go like that? He’s a fallen beast!"
