Abrielle didn’t say anything because she rather had nothing to say. He escorted her back to her room door and then excused himself. "Unfortunately, I will not be able to accompany you today as I have to handle the aftermath of the Khaos attack," Cedric informed Abrielle and then left a quick peck on her cheeks before leaving. She just didn’t understand what was up with this villain who loved stealing kisses. Her face blushed brightly as she ran into her room. She didn’t want to think much about Cedric; maybe the reason he was acting out of his character design was because the official prologue of the book was yet to start. Abrielle knew this because she was the author of this book, and second, there was a blue screen in front of her, which she was the only one able to see.
