Chapter 22: Morning seduction Abrielle’s cheeks were red and her body was getting heated up. What kind of trick question was that? Was he looking for an excuse to torture her? Why was he seducing her this early in the morning? His strong masculine sandalwood and lavender mixed scent with a hint of wine was wrecking her nerves. She had to press her eyes together to control the ungodly sensation she was feeling. She wanted to glare at him so badly, oh boy she was already fantasizing and thrusting a sword through his heart. He had flipped the switch. "Why did you swap clothes with the maid and end up in the hands of traffickers? Your answer better be convincing because my patience is very thin right now, your holiness." Abrielle trembled with fear; he was addressing her with her old title. Her throat went dry as she nervously gulped. His storming eyes said it all: he was mad.
