But if you still don’t understand," I shook my head. It sure sounded like one. As soon as he was gone, I was able to breathe out comfortably and even fell back, certain that someone would catch me, and Min-Cheol did. "Hyung." He called pitifully, and I smiled. "Thank you, little Min." "Jo-Pil," Ki-hoon called, and I turned to him after standing to my feet. "Are you really going to allow him to lurk around you?" "I can’t do anything about it." Though I would very much like to toss him back his money, I felt it wouldn’t end there because this house might be under his name. I didn’t know it, but it was a hunch. For him to have this library built here, it was only fair to assume he had been living here before the plot of buying me came up. "Don’t worry," I smiled to reassure them. "I’ll be careful from now on." I had to be very careful going forward if I didn’t want him to harm me. He was very unpredictable. "Then, Hyung, allow me to accompany you," Min-Cheol said, and I paused. What did that mean? "Jo-Pil, at least one of us has to be by your side. Well, I was sure of it because their gaze had softened. "I’m fine." I said, smiling softly, and patted Ki-hoon’s cheek. I was already suffering from aching muscles just from the little stunt I pulled. It was best to stay out of harm’s way and out of Seo-Jun’s face, but I had to show him. I have to show him that I was more than a slave, why the other masters had fallen for me. He could already tell I was being pretentious, but not all my actions were for the purpose of deceit. Yet, I wasn’t satisfied because they happened to put security cameras in my room and bathroom as well. I sat on the couch, hugging my knees and pouting my lips. They had officially stripped me of my privacy. "Don’t be like this, Hyung." Min-Cheol said, kneeling in front of me, but I wouldn’t respond. I understand that they’re worried and strict measures need to be taken so they can evidence against Seo-Jun, but why did they have to put the cameras in my bedroom and my bathroom? If they wanted to peek at me every moment, they could just say so. No need to lie that they were doing it to be cautious of Seo-Jun. Just put the cameras in front of my door. You’ll be able to see if he’s planning to enter my room. Do they think he can suddenly enter my room without the cameras catching him? This was too much.
