"Oh God... I need to hear it directly from Teressa. I can’t reach her by phone." "I can find her and bring her here if you want." Lethia rolled her eyes. "I miss my hometown. I miss my dad. I miss the fresh air of the place that should be my home. I—" Her voice caught, breath hitching, the sob nearly bursting through her throat. She looked straight into Zeran’s eyes. "Please..."
