Chapter 240: Curiosity One must be fair and unbiased when trying to remember important memories. So, as impossible as it might sound, the truth was that Luca actually managed to stay awake after his first orgasm. Yes, he survived. More than survived, if anything. He was all mushy and sensitive, but Luca could swear he managed to remain awake and calm (not). "Has something got you spooked? Or do you not want to take a warm bath?" Xavier asked. But nothing. "I’d love to stay like this, but I’m about to take a really cold shower, and I don’t think you’d want that, so—" "No!" interrupted Luca, who heard that and realized his back would sting the moment he took one and would, in effect, discover what he had done. "Do you want to stay like this, then?" He asked as he rubbed Luca’s back reassuringly. "Yes, please, just like this..." It was barely audible and was muffled by Luca hiding his face, but the Prince heard it even then. Odd. Hmm, okay. Xavier admittedly found that unusual, but having Luca’s behind brush against his erection wasn’t making any of this easy, and so the tortured husband decided on a warm shower and a plea. "But Luca, I’d have to take care of something, okay? I hope you don’t mind." He had no qualms about delaying himself, but if Luca decided never to let go, he might not make it to sunrise! However, Xavier was surprised because Luca suddenly pushed off him with intense concern in his flustered face. "Are you not feeling well? Are you hurt?!" Asked the concerned chipmunk, who started panicking about the injuries he left him. Xavier blinked up at this concern, "No, but I do have to take care of my arousal. It won’t be uncomfortable after I do this—" He knew he was about to ramble but didn’t expect Luca’s face to redden even more. It was because the red-handed chipmunk did not expect this answer. But Xavier could see the odd gears turning in Luca’s mind and opted to appease his worries. "I’ll be fine after I take care of it. So, if you’ll allow me, I’ll just deal with this, and we could go back to sleep." Xavier patted his head. It was a very gentle and reassuring gesture, and Luca felt like he didn’t deserve it. And the guilt overflowed. "Xavier...I’m sorry! I—I’m really sorry!" Luca’s eyes trembled. And the Prince obviously panicked, and whatever arousal he had to deal with had been shelved the moment Luca became like this. "What’s wrong, Luca? What are you apologizing for?" Xavier instinctively wrapped both his arms around his frantic Guide but nearly fell back when Luca finally confessed his "crimes." There should be extras—" But Xavier stopped because instead of letting go, Luca’s legs tightened around his waist. "?!" "Luca..." "Did you want to stay with me while I—" Xavier didn’t get to finish his question as Luca’s reddened hand covered his mouth. So the prince had to ask with his eyes and Luca’s legs rubbed together in embarrassment. He was curious. Extremely curious. And now that Xavier said he wasn’t angry, the little Guide who actually barely saw anything but only felt all of it wanted to know how it actually worked. But he was extremely shy and felt like he would explode if Xavier actually said it out loud. Thankfully, Xavier understood, and more importantly, he felt like he should agree, considering he was the animal that got hard again just because his little wife showed signs of interest. Wow. Maybe he was the one who needed to apologize. Okay, and maybe he really did. For not only did he shock Luca by letting him see him in this state of undress, but when the curious Guide saw his bare shaft and just how he was going to deal with it, he practically had a nose bleed. Luca could not believe his eyes. For when Xavier set him by the edge of the counter to take off his own pajamas, Luca was not expecting this sight. Was this how men were supposed to look like? And if so, was he really a man? Oh, but he was; it was just that he’d leave the bathroom with a different standard. A standard so high that it was good he was already married to him. However, it was something for when he’d woken up. As the curious explorer took the biggest lesson and shock to date.
