Luca’s battle was longer than necessary, according to everyone’s opinion, and really, the others prayed that their friends or family members would just get anyone but number 4. Even 28 was fine because, at least in his case, the opponent wouldn’t even see what was coming. There was no need to stand there embarrassingly as one was pummeled into a stroke. Xavier eliminated his enemies as soon as the timer started and didn’t even bother with his guns when he could close in without much effort. He was like an assassin. Not only did this mecha pilot have the money, backing, and strength, but he was also able to act like a mechanic. And with a progressing love life on top of it all?! Now, that was something that even these instructors would be envious of. Just what kind of monster was this obedient-looking boy?
