Chapter 100: Golden Sand Conspiracy "From now on, your name will be Purple Vortex." The voice, accompanied by the soul connection, reached Purple Vortex’s mind. It instantly understood Carlos’s meaning. The vortexes in its pupils stopped for a moment, then continued rotating. It seemed Purple Vortex had no objections to this name. "Did it not understand?" Carlos wasn’t quite sure, taking a rather pessimistic view of Purple Vortex’s intelligence. He tried calling out: "Purple Vortex?" Purple Vortex immediately nodded, indicating it was listening, though the sand-digging work in its hands didn’t stop. "Good, it understood." Carlos felt strangely disappointed. He’d heard that summoned creatures should be over the moon and grateful when given new names by their masters. Why didn’t his one have any reaction? Suddenly, Purple Vortex’s sand-digging stopped. A head appeared in the sand pit. Then Purple Vortex roughly tore out an eyeball from the head and aimed it at the vortex in its right eye socket. The vortex erupted with suction, drawing the bloody eyeball inside. Then the vortex suddenly stopped and actually transformed into a large blue eyeball. On the dark face, it blinked, looking pretty creepy. Only then did Carlos understand Purple Vortex’s intention for digging sand—it was collecting organs to fuse! "Can even low-tier Psionics meet the threshold for organ fusion?" Carlos checked Purple Vortex’s completion status. Only brain and bone were complete; the eyes were still incomplete. "Just for show?" Purple Vortex energetically continued digging, excavating traitor corpse after corpse, then picking and choosing suitable organs, continuously fusing them into vortexes... The food wasn’t great, but she could eat her fill; the sleeping arrangements weren’t great, but she slept soundly. Since joining this organization that conspired with traitors, she ate better food, but it tasted like cardboard; her sleeping quarters were luxurious, but nightmares plagued her.
