Chapter 145: Chapter 145: Baby, Cheers to Forever ~Evric’s POV~ I waited for Zayn. It took him almost an hour before he returned with his friends, and when he did, he wasn’t the same person I knew. His smile deepened, and he clinked his glass against mine. I leaned in and kissed him, slow and claiming, in front of everyone standing and gazing at us. That was when Nicki snapped. The table shook under his fists as he pounded it hard, his chair scraping back as he stormed out in anger. But I didn’t care. Not anymore. My whole world was standing right in front of me. Just, as I expected, my phone buzzed Nicki sent me a message: "Evric, can we talk?"
