Chapter 16: Safe Madam "Not good!!" Ramsey, hyper vigilant, shrank his pupils in fright upon witnessing the situation. "Quick, save the lady--" Despite the feeling of suffocation brought on by imminent death, Camilla waved at Ramsey, signaling them not to move. She was aware that even though Sinclair was choking her neck, he wasn't applying his full strength. Clearly, he was toying with his "prey." Camilla guessed correctly. Sinclair, looking at the prey who showed no resistance, toyed with the vulnerable neck in his hand, a playful glint in his bloodshot eyes. He enjoyed watching the futile struggle of the prey on the brink of death most. The strength in his hand gradually tightened. Time was running out!! After a difficult adjustment of her breathing, Camilla suddenly used her hands hanging on both sides to hook Sinclair's neck, pulling him towards herself. Camilla didn't move, but she was silently counting in her heart. "Three." Seeing that his 'prey' didn't move, Sinclair, in his anger, began walking towards her. Ramsey and the others, on guard, stepped forward. They didn't dare to experience the kind of situation that had just transpired again. "Wait, wait a bit more," Camilla instructed without turning her head. "This acupuncture point was what she had accumulated and concluded when she treated Sinclair in her past life. It could let Sinclair regain some sanity in the shortest time. As for more treatment, she'd need to wait until Sinclair was fully awake to continue. Just as Camilla was about to count to the third beat, Sinclair had already walked up to her. She looked at Sinclair, her hand hung by her side unknowingly clenched. "One." As her voice accompanied, Sinclair's steps faltered, his brows furrowed tightly. The eyes narrowed with concentration, followed by a visible fading of the bloody hue in his sight. Camilla felt a long sigh of relief in her heart, bringing a smile to her face. The moment the bloody world before Sinclair's eyes completely dispersed, he saw the lovely face before him, wearing a sweet smile. Those deep and clear eyes were like a ray of sunshine piercing the darkness of the secluded chamber. In an instant, a complex feeling arose in the depth of Sinclair's heart, but he dismissed it almost instantly. Was the medical skill of the Rodriguez family really this effective on him? Due to their view being obstructed, Ramsey and others didn't see Camilla performing acupuncture. After seeing Camilla passionately kissing Mr. Luther, and Mr. Luther actually regained consciousness, they were all dumbfounded. What was going on? A large-scale beast taming scene?!
