Scarlett was momentarily stunned but wasn’t particularly surprised by how the paperman knew so much. After all, it seemed that her two golden papermen had some sort of special resonance with one another, as well as their own unique method of communication. What concerned her more was—why was Samuel working himself to exhaustion? Could it be that he was desperately trying to make up for lost time after being unconscious for a whole day and night?
