Kyouko stood at the sink, washing the dishes—sleeves slightly rolled up, her posture relaxed, humming softly under her breath. She didn’t notice him get up. Didn’t hear his steps. Until— His arms wrapped around her from behind. "Ah—Haruki!" He pressed close, resting his chin on her shoulder. The feeling of her in his arms— The softness of her waist. The sweet scent of her skin. The curve of her body under that simple dress. The calm warmth that only she gave him. And when she turned her head slightly to glance back— That pure, serene smile... It made his heart race all over again. "Kyouko..." he whispered against her ear. "I love you." She gasped softly. "H-Haruki! I’m washing dishes here!" Kyouko giggled softly, still breathless. "I love you, Haruki... but at least let me finish these dishes first~" He kissed her cheek, nuzzling her slightly. "How about another round?" She turned her head, feigning shock. "Ehh? You already did it so many times last night... until dawn~" Haruki grinned. "You don’t want to?" Kyouko sighed in that dramatic, teasing way of hers, smiling as she turned off the faucet. "No, I don’t mind..." She looked over her shoulder with a raised brow. "But at least let me finish my work here." Haruki tightened his hug. "How about you put the dish down..." "And rest." She chuckled, eyes narrowing knowingly. "Rest?" she repeated. "I don’t think you’re going to let me rest~" Haruki chuckled—then without warning. He slapped her butt, firm and loud. "Haruki!" Kyouko gasped, half in shock, half in laughter, turning around with wide eyes as he was already dashing away. He ran out of the kitchen like a kid escaping punishment. Kyouko wiped her wet hands quickly on a towel. "Haruki!" She called after him, voice half-annoyed, half-amused. He peeked from around the corner of the hallway, just his head showing—grinning like a mischievous schoolboy. "Naughty boy~" she said, crossing her arms. Haruki stood in the hallway, hand scratching the back of his head. "...Ah." He blinked. "I lost my phone... and my laptop... everything, during the accident." From the kitchen, Kyouko’s voice called out. "Haruki?" "Hmm?" "Why are you talking to yourself over there?" He smiled faintly. "Ah, nothing. Just realized I don’t have any of my stuff anymore." Kyouko peeked around the corner, drying her hands with a towel. "Your phone?" "Yeah. Maybe I should get a new one," he said, walking back toward her. "And laptop?" she asked gently. Haruki shook his head. "No... the laptop was provided by the company. It had all the software and access I need to manage projects my boss assigns. It’s synced to their internal system." "Will that be a problem?" "Maybe not," he said, thinking aloud. "I’ll report the loss, and the company will probably issue a replacement after security clears the data." Kyouko smiled. Then leaned up on her toes and kissed him softly—just a quick, sweet brush of her lips on his. "Wanna go outside and buy your new phone?" she asked, her voice light as she looked up at him. Haruki tilted his head, smiling back. "A date?" He leaned down, closing the space between them—his forehead gently resting against hers. His eyes met hers. Those beautiful dark blue eyes that always made his heart skip a beat. "If you want to..." Kyouko whispered with a soft smile. Haruki stared into her eyes for a moment longer. Then his lips curled into a grin. "I want to." She laughed quietly, her hand resting on his chest. "Then get ready. I’ll change too." "How about we change together?" Haruki grinned, eyes glinting with mischief. Kyouko narrowed her eyes, already seeing through him. "No~ no~" she said, backing up a step with a playful smile. "If I do that, we’re not going anywhere. I’m sure we’ll end up doing sex again~" Haruki raised both hands in mock innocence. "Don’t worry—I won’t." She gave him a look. "Yeah, you won’t stop—until you’re completely satisfied." He chuckled, stepping closer. "Well... can you blame me?" Kyouko sighed, dramatic but smiling as she turned toward the bedroom. "You. Naughty." Haruki followed her slowly—steps light, grin playful. Kyouko reached for the bedroom door, trying to close it behind her. But before she could— "Ehh!?" "Haruki!! Mou~ I knew you were going to do this!" She giggled as Haruki gently pushed through, wrapping his arms around her and guiding her back toward the bed. He leaned in, smiling against her neck as he nudged her down onto the mattress. "Just one round?" he whispered. She narrowed her eyes, lips curling in a knowing smile. "You never stop at one..." "Please~?" he murmured, already brushing soft kisses along her shoulder... Then her neck. Right at her weak point. Her breath hitched. Her body shivered. "Nn... H-Haruki..." she whispered. His lips moved slowly, deliberately. "I promise... just one." Haruki slowly slid the straps of her dress off her shoulders, peeling the soft fabric down inch by inch. As it slipped past her chest, he paused— Then smiled. She wasn’t wearing a bra. He leaned in close, whispering against her ear. "Naughty girl~" Kyouko let out a soft laugh, her cheeks pink. "No~ I didn’t wear it because I knew what you’d do anyway..." She looked up at him with that gentle, teasing gaze. "If I wore one... you’d just take it off anyway." Haruki chuckled, eyes dark with affection. "Smart woman..."
