The hostess at the front desk looked down at her reservation list and smiled warmly. "Yes, right this way." Haruki gave Kyouko a soft glance, and she responded with a graceful smile as they followed the hostess. Her hand never left his—fingers still gently intertwined, as if neither of them wanted to let go. They were led to a cozy corner table beside a large window, overlooking the glowing coastline. The golden hour light spilled in, casting a warm glow across Kyouko’s face. Haruki pulled out her chair first, just as he always did. Kyouko sat down with a quiet, elegant motion. "Thank you, darling," she said softly. Haruki sat opposite her, but his gaze never left her face. She looked stunning—even in a simple dress, without makeup, without any effort. Just Kyouko.
