After the end of the awakening ceremony, Principal Hubert came to see Jeremy.
"Lord Maratha wants to see you," Hubert said, his face expressing seriousness.
"Okay," Jeremy replied to him.
Then he followed him to the meeting hall. Where he saw Lord Martha having a conversation with his parents.
His eyes flickered. He can see that people's attitudes are shifting now that he has awakened a good talent.
When Jeremy and Hubert arrived. Everyone turned towards him.
"Jeremy, my son. You have made us proud," Nora was first to react. She immediately went towards her son and hugged him.
Ron Night didn't speak, but he patted on his son's shoulder.
Jeremy smiled in response. He was relieved inwardly, seeing his parents smiling after a tense week.
Martha has been observing from the side. She was pleased with the Night Family. Ron Night, who is Jeremy's father, is a City Governor appointed by the Human Alliance.@@@@
She can already predict that Jeremy will join the Human Alliance in future. In one way the Treasure is not going anywhere. Her friend died during the mission. If Jeremy grows up big in future, he will carry forward the legacy.
Kim and the old man Tim remained silent. Martha's presence intimidates them. There is a big difference in identity. Compared to her they were nobody. They are just working for their University.
But she represents the whole Human Alliance here.
"Son, these people are from Central University and Nepton University."
"Mr. Kim and Mr. Tim," Ron Night introduced them.
Jeremy raised his eyebrows in surprise and looked at them. He had expected this to happen. So he was not shocked.
The Gentleman in the black tuxedo walks up to him with a smile on his face.
"Mr. Jeremy, I'm Kim from Central University 14. I hope you can join our University. I have talked with the Management. They were ready to offer a suitable Lifeline Beast free for you," Kim said with a smile.
After entering the hall, Jeremy turned towards his parents and asked, "What should I do?"
"Central University is better. They are going to give a free Lifeline Beast as well."
Ron and Nora looked at each other.
"Jeremy, my son. Central University is a tough place. There is a lot of competition. Many people have A-level Talent. But it's also a place of growth."
"And don't forget, we live in Zone 14. Central University in other zones have even more cutthroat competition. Once you are a part of Central University, then your future will be bright."
"Whereas Neptune University lacks foundation. They don't have big connections in the Human Alliance. As a son of the City Governor, your best choice is Central University," Ron Night explained.
"The Human Alliance rules over Humanity. Joining the Central University is a quick way to join the Human Alliance," Ron added.
"Human Alliance uh," Jeremy muttered.
He has ambition as well. What could be better than joining the Human Alliance? He knows that Tier-10 Beast Tamers in the Human Alliance are working to restore human civilization.
There is an increase in the number of Tier-10 Colossal Beasts with human intellect. There is also an increase in the number of the Corrupted Beasts.
Apart from the Human Alliance, nobody knows how many Tier-10 Corrupted ones are lurking on the planet. But this has given a chance to the Human Alliance.
Because of the mutation, the land size has increased by many folds. There are plenty of resources available. So, the Top Beast Tamers were seriously working to protect humanity and lead the way forward.
But the Top Beast Tamers. They all have powerful Lifeline Beast with the top bloodline.
Right now, he needs such a Lifeline Beast as well. But he knows it's impossible to buy in the market. All the top forces hoard such beast eggs or cubs when it's available.
So he is not sure whether the Lifeline Beast provided by Central University 14 would be any good. They might have a Pet house with them where they breed powerful beast cubs.
"Alright, Dad. I will join Central University 14," Jeremy said to his parents.
"Good, that's the spirit. My son," Ron said with a smile.
Nora joined the laughter as well.
