Dilapidated building: Daniel Stone was looking at the dilapidated building with frustration. He was waiting for Brother Jeremy's return. Now he was finding it difficult to digest the information. "Damn, the beasts are making f@cking noise!" "When are we going to release them?" Two black-clothed people made an appearance. They were part of the patrol teams. "We have to wait for an order from the boss," one of the guards replied. Both were disturbed by the loud noise. He thought that the attraction came from the warehouse. Swoosh! He walked out and started moving towards the warehouse. He had already spotted a door there. In the blink of an eye, he arrived in front of the door. Creak! Fortunately, the door was unlocked. He opened the door to enter inside. Screech! The next second, he heard the noise of the rat beasts increase. He immediately shut the door behind him and began to look at the rat beasts. They were all locked inside their cages. These caged rat beasts varied from Tier-1 Rat Beasts to Tier-2 Rat Beasts. Jeremy frowned. He then swept his eyes across the room before finding a wooden desk and a table. There was a huge square box on the desk. Right upon seeing that box, the unknown beast egg started to shake again. Swoosh! Jeremy's eyes lit up. He dashed towards the spot. He stood before the desk and removed the box cover. Inside the box, there was a red liquid bottle. Buzz! The unknown beast egg's movement had become stronger. Now he confirmed that the unknown beast egg was attracted by it. But he was still doubtful. How could this red bottle attract the unknown beast egg from this far? He then picked up the bottle and removed the cork. The red scent wafted out of the bottle. Screech! The next second, it made all the rat beasts inside the cage go crazy. They were trying to break out of their cages. Seeing that, Jeremy was shocked to the core. He didn't expect the other beasts in the cage to go crazy. This red liquid was not ordinary. When his attention returned to the liquid bottle, he saw that the bottle was half empty. "What happened?" he asked himself. Then he found out the unknown beast egg was sucking the red liquid inside the bottle in the form of energy. He spotted a red energy entering his body. "This?" Jeremy was taken aback. "What's going on?" "These beasts are going crazy!" Jeremy heard voices coming from outside. His expression changed drastically. He placed the red bottle in his storage ring before leaving. When he stepped outside the warehouse, he heard the noise coming from the patrol guards. There was only one entrance to the warehouse. They had to walk across before coming here. Swoosh! Taking advantage of this opportunity, he left the place and started going back toward the sinkhole. Not long after, the two patrol guards arrived. They opened the warehouse door to go inside. Then they saw that the rat beasts were still making noise inside their cages. Other than that, they didn't find anything else. Then the patrol guards, unaware that someone had already stolen the catalyst liquid for their experiments, continued on. Shortly afterward, Jeremy returned to the familiar underground passage. It was a pity that he couldn't investigate the place further. The signs of human involvement showed just how dangerous it was. With his Tier-1 power, he was not expecting any turnaround.
