The Babysitter Brock stood a bit behind, looking at Ash with a sense of despair, as well as at the two girls moving closer to him. Brock's heart was breaking. He felt that Ash had grown up really fast! Going on another journey with Ash and watching them "show affection" along the way was definitely a wrong decision! "Maybe I should give myself a chance to train and travel independently?" Brock thought. When you have companions, you often rely on them. If he were alone, he would solve many things himself and gain better training. Of course, Brock felt that his other main reason was to find his own kind and gentle beautiful girl! "Ash, maybe we shouldn't go after all. That Haunter might not even be in the Pokémon Tower anymore..." May said, as most girls are often afraid of the dark. Beside him, May unconsciously held tightly to Ash's arm. "Don't worry, I'm here. Ash recalled a particular event when Haunter had the power to pull the souls of him and Pikachu from their bodies! Back then, during his first visit, Ash and Pikachu were knocked out, and Haunter literally extracted their souls from their bodies! It must be some special ability!
