Julia served Glades a bowl of soup and placed it in front of him with a smile. "Try it and see if I can win over your stomach." Glades picked up the soup spoon and carefully sipped a spoonful. He maintained a straight face, but his eyes were bright. "How is it? Does it taste alright?" Julia asked, seeing his serious expression, a little concerned. Glades didn’t respond, merely took another sip of the soup. After swallowing, he picked up his chopsticks and started eating the dishes. After trying each one, he put his chopsticks down.
