Chapter 41: 041 After Trevor left, Tristan hid behind Nita as the Alpha turned his full attention to him. He was starting to grow scared, he knew he didn’t have a good intention towards him and the smirk on his face was making it hard not to get scared in his presence. "And why are you still here?" Alpha Raul asked Nita with a side grin as she stood facing him without fear. "Allow us to leave, we need to leave together" she slurred at Alpha Raul as she held back a burp. She swayed briefly but remained standing in front of Tristan. The action was borne out of habit and instinct rather than fear. She was used to doing that when they got harassed or bullied in school. Alpha Raul nodded and snapped a finger, four brawny men poured in from behind him and he gestured towards the two Omegas standing in front of him. Nita let out a piercing scream as the both of them were forcefully hauled out of the building towards a parked car. Tristan on the other hand didn’t make a sound and did not bother struggling against them. He knew doing that would wear him out and won’t give him time to think. They put them in the car and one got in beside them while another one took the wheel. Nita was knocked unconscious after her screams got too loud to handle. Tristan held her unconscious body as the car drove with speed. His heart beats rapidly and he kept looking outside the window to see if he could recognise where they were being taken to, but soon he also drifted off to sleep. He woke up to a gentle tap on his shoulder and flinched when he opened his eyes to several men watching him from outside the car. He was the only one left in the car, Nita was also not beside him anymore. "I hope you had a good sleep?" Alpha Raul asked with a smile. Tristan ignored his question and his eyes moved around nervously as he noticed how dark the sky was. He had told Gale he would return late, but not this late. And now he is not even returning at all. Just a few days ago he went with Nita resulting in the Alpha coming to find him and today again he did not return home. Soon Alpha Mitch would have no reason to trust him. "Would you like to be carried out of the car?" Alpha Raul asked, almost coldly as the smile on his face disappeared. Tristan slowly climbed out of the car, but did not move away from it. His hands were slightly trembling as he stood in front of the Alpha and his men. "Welcome to my home, I’m sorry for the rude invitation but I don’t intend to hurt you. So stop being scared, I despise the smell of fear". Alpha Raul bent forward scrunch up his nose slightly and spoke to him with their face just inches apart. Tristan backed up to the car, what the Alpha said was easier said than done. His heart was beating wildly as he did not believe a word out of everything he said. "Come inside" Alpha Raul gestured towards the house. *** For the past week, Alpha Raul had his men follow and watched Tristan while his spy at Alpha Mitch’s pack house kept in touch about the Alpha’s movement. He isn’t interested in the Omega as a few of his men had initially thought because of the sudden obsession but he was following closely with his plan and everything had been going smoothly. Hence, he believes soon he would have Alpha Mitch on his knees and everything he owns would belong to him. Tristan had no choice but to follow him into the house, few maids and workers were waiting inside when they got inside. "Get him something to wear and bring him back for dinner" He said to one of the maids and walked away. Tristan looked at his retreating back and back at the maid that approached him cautiously. "I am not wearing anything else except this!" Tristan said sharply and she moved back with a frown. She had no idea what to do and was about to say something when Alpha Raul’s voice interrupted them. "It’s fine if you don’t want to, but join me in the dining room. We have a long night ahead, you wouldn’t want to starve through it" He said and disappeared behind a door. "A long night ahead?" Tristan’s thoughts went into a frenzy and immediately started checking his pockets for his phone but it was removed while he was asleep earlier. He breathed in shakingly, and looked at the maid but she only gestured towards the door Alpha Raul had disappeared into. He stilled his mind and followed her with heavy steps and trembling hands. The dining room was huge and empty except for the long table in the middle and the hanging chandelier that poured light from above. Few ornate candle holders were also on the table alongside numerous foods. Despite his empty stomach, he didn’t feel an ounce of hunger while staring at the food and Alpha Raul seated at the head of the table wouldn’t even make it possible for him to feel hungry. "Have a seat" Alpha Raul said and gestured at a seat close to him. Tristan dragged his feets and sat down rigidly. He watched the Alpha roll his shirt sleeves, revealing tattoos decorating both arms. He subconsciously studied his physique for a few minutes. He was as big as Alpha Mitch but he had an edge to him while Alpha Mitch would either look sexy and hot or plainly emotionless and dangerous. He looked like a bad biker that went rogue and became a lone wolf. "Do you like what you see?" Alpha Raul asked suddenly with a chuckle, his laughter snapped Tristan out of his thoughts and he stiffened. He might have been staring but he didn’t find him attractive at all. He looked away from the childish grin on the Alpha face until he spoke again. "It’s fine to like it, your Alpha isn’t here anyways. We can entertain each other." He said and Tristan looked at him sharply as he understood the behind his words.
