We needed to use the dread predator materials as well as some other materials like metals and used advance alchemy and blacksmithing to create special materials. But that was also not enough. However, despise its name, it did not looked remotely like a heart. If anything, it was a metallic sphere that looked like it was made out of some sort of artificial skin. Beside the heart looking like the sphere, there was four bulges sticking out from different directions. "Yea… I mean… It worked when we tested in on undeads… So even though its not really heart shaped, it should work like heart." – said necromancer. "True. We did tested it." – said dwarf. "But you know… They were experimental version. I though we would make it look somewhat similar to the normal heart at least." "Well, does it matter? I mean how it look on outside?" – said doctor. "Yea… We need to jump start this thing and make it beat." – said dwarf. "And if we don't do this correctly or we assembled the heart in incorrect way, then we are screwed." – said doctor. "…. Fuck. Let's just do it." "Yea." The trio carefully took out the unactive unliving heart to the table that was right beneath the device that was filled with rough necrotic element before then detaching tubes like devices from it and attaching it to the sticking out bulges. Necromancer pulled the lever and moments later the necrotic mana began pumping into the heart. Few seconds later, the heart began having a faint beating. "…." "I-its…. Its working!" – said dwarf. The necromancer pulled the lever bit lower, making more necrotic mana pump into the heat and making it now more visible beat. "…." "Slowly…." – said doctor. Necromancer lowered the lever bit more, then again, then again and once again. The heart was beating more and more each time the lever was pulled down. And now, the lever was pulled at the lowest point and the maximal amount of necrotic mana was now being pumped into the heart. The heart itself began beating at rapid rate, expanding and shrinking with each bit just like real heart. Doctor alongside dwarf backed away from the heart for their own safety as the parts of the heart began changing color from silver to dark green. Before long all of the stored energy entered the heart and the rapid beat of the heart was slowing down more and more as the trio looked extremely nervously. Before long the heart beat completely stopped…... However few seconds later it began beating again, now on its own. "?!" "D-did it worked?" – asked dwarf. "…." Doctor approached the heart and looked at it. "…." "?!" "YES! IT DID WORKED! LOOK!" – said doctor while turning around. "?!" The necromancer quickly run towards the table and saw unliving heart now fully activated. The necromancer fallen on the ground, barely moving before then Phantasia raised his foot above necromancer head and used skill [Power Kick] before then stepping on the necromancer head, crushing it. This was so sudden to the point that the dwarf could only stare completely confused, but few seconds later he regained himself and looked down, realized what just happened in this short span of time The necromancer was just killed by the doctor without warning.
