"Shit! I can't find him anywhere!" – said the guard that was looking for Phantasia."Fuck! Did he disappeared in thin air or something?" – said another guard who was also looking Phantasia. "HEY!" – shouted the guard that run into the group of the guards. "What the hell are you doing here?!" "The city is attacked by some sort of weird creatures!" "?!" "Wait, what?!" – asked the orc guard who was after Phantasia. "Common you fuking idiots! Those things are killing civilians!" – said the guard before running off. The guards who were after Phantasia didn't knew what to do. Help out in dealing with the monsters? Or chase the madman who killed a lot of civilians left and right as well as few guards? "…." "Fuck it. We are chasing the mad man." – said the older guard. "The monsters is one thing but that mad man is another, so we- " As soon as the older guard turned around, he saw the pair of guards dropping dead and right behind was Phantasia just standing with his claws covered in blood. "!" "There- " "[Poison Arrow]!" Phantasia fired an arrow of poison guard, hitting him right in the face before he could even try to defend himself. The guard grabbed his face while screaming and the other guard who was in the area looked towards the injured guard worried and that was huge mistake. Phantasia rushed at him and stabbed him in the neck with his claws before then finishing him off with [Bone Javelin] right in the face that finished off the man. After killing the nervous guard, he quickly approached the dying older guard and finished him. (….) (Okay… Nobody saw that… Good that we were in the alley way.) (But it seems that they are fully aware of the chimeras.) (Damn.) (I did not expected for them to have that many guards.) (I don't now know how long they will last, even the well-made ones.) (Still, that entire mess and me being chased around had definitely spread the plague around the city.) (Newbies and civilians should start suffering and maybe be aware of the plague.) (But it's definitely not enough.) (These guards are way more problematic than guards I killed last time I was here.) (Should I aim for the lord to spread panic again?) (….) (Nah.) (They will definitely see it coming.) (The chaos is spreading around since I'm going around and killing people and the chimeras are also going on the rampage, destroying everything they see.) (Plague will also make the chaos spread around.) (But these guards…. Fuck me.) (How do I deal with them?) (They are the biggest obstacle in my way.) (Should I focus on assassinating them?) (But then they would put more attention to the chimeras.) (Joining up with chimeras are out of question, since they will have no need to spread around their forces in order to look for me.) (So, going alone is better option.) (But its better if they don't use too many troops against chimeras.) (I'm way higher level than these fuckers, but there is too many of them.) (I have still some of my better potions left, but I already used up a lot of the stole potions I took from the Wild town.) (…) (Fuck it.) Phantasia left his hiding spot and run out of the alleyway onto the panicking civilians. He leaped at them and began using his claws and magic to kill them mercilessly. The people who saw him began panicking again. "FUCK!" – said the random newbie player before running towards the mad man. "?!" The newbies players began running away, realizing that they have 0% chance of even scratching the mad man. However, the mad man wasn't satisfied and was attacking the players and NPCs nearby, killing them and making the panic spread around. Before long, the guards arrived at the scene and spotted Phantasia. "!" "There is that mad man! Get him!" – shouted the guard. The guards began chasing Phantasia again while he was using the panicking people as his obstacles against the guards, slowing them down while also killing some people in order to spread the panic more. (Good. They are chasing me.) – though Phantasia while looking behind him. (Right now, I need them to split their attention between me and chimeras.) (If one side gets too much attention, then they will be fucked, be it me or chimeras.) (So chase me around you fuckers!) While Phantasia was provoking the guards and spreading the chaos, the chimeras were still on their rampage, attacking and killing any civilians they spotted. "There!" – shouted the guard that noticed the chimera that just killed a newbie player. The guards rushed towards the two headed wolf chimera and began attacking it. However, while fighting the wolf chimera, one of the guards began screaming in pain from behind. The other two guards turned around and saw the pseudo centaur who had stabbed the guard with a spear. The guards realized that there was more than one chimera, but fortunately more guards arrived at the scene. The chimeras were going on the rampage in the city, killing civilians and guards, forcing the city defenders to go and hunt down the creatures. Some of the chimeras were killed, but that wasn't the main point. A lot of people had been already infected with the plague and they have been starting to show on some people. Soon, the people will be fully aware of the plague going around, but even right without the panic caused by the panic, the city is in quiet chaotic state. Every single guard had been mobilized in order to deal with the invaders. "I got it!" – said the guard after killing the dark elf and orc chimera. "Don't celebrate yet! We need to kill rest of these- " Before the guard could finish speaking, a crossbow bolt flew and pierced his head from behind, making the guard drop dead. "?!" "JOE!" – shouted the gobbling guard who killed the chimera after witnessing his friend death. The second crossbow flew towards the guards, but this time they were on guard. The gobbling guard quickly dodged to the side, making the bolt who was aimed at his heart only hit left arm instead. However, the gobbling guard didn't realized that a barrage of the poison projectiles came his way and was hitting him over and over again. Before long, the damage he endured was too much and he ended up dying. "…." (Fuck. The weak chimeras are already dying.) – though Phantasia while staring at his dead creation. (I already killed a ton of civilians, NPCs and players alike, but those fuking guards are still okay!) (How the hell they even have that kind of money to hire that many guards in the first place?!) The answer is players. The more players came here, the more of an income the city got. And since this is a first location that players start in and the fact that game got incredibly popular means that this place was getting a lot of money. (I just fuking don't understand!) (I turned this place in hell once! Shouldn't they have spent fortune to repair…. Well, I only destroyed one building and infected barracks, but still, people suffered a lot and the chaos damaged the city itself.) "Hey! I heard something here!" – shouted a voice from behind. Phantasia quickly run off before moments later the group of guards arrived at the scene and saw the two guards dead on the floor alongside the orc dark elf chimera. "Shit! We were too late! It look like they took each other down." – said the gobbling guard. "Hm? Wait a second. This is a crossbow bolt and traces of acid and poison magic on this guy body." – said the gobbling guard while inspecting dead gobbling body. "He- " Crossbow bolt flew towards the goblin, but the orc guard stepped in and used his shield to block the bolt. (Oh fuck.) – though Phantasia who tried to do a sneaky assassination again, but failed. "There!" – shouted the orc guard who realized where the crossbow bolt came from. (Oh, fuck again!) Phantasia left his hiding spot and began running away, making the guards notice him. The guards gave chase after Phantasia. (For crying out loud! No matter how many of these bastards I kill, there are still lot left! How?!) "[Stick Goo]!" Phantasia fired a sticky liquid at the guards, hitting some of them and slowing them down, making them also block the other guards path and allowing Phantasia to gain a lot of distance between him and the chasing guards. (Fuck me, I wanted to quickly deal with them, but that orc straight up shattered in all!) (Right now I need to find a new hiding spot and quickly use potions to-) While Phantasia was running, he ended up coming across the guards who just finished off the centaur chimera and Phantasia himself accidently came in line of sight, ended up being noticed instantly. "…." "GET HIS ASS!" – shouted the guard. "[Poison Smoke]!" Phantasia fired a cloud of poison, covering the enemy sight and giving him chance to run away. (Shit!) (I didn't wanted to use it now but there are too many people chasing me right now!) "…." "WAIT THEY TOOK DOWN CENTAUR?!" – said Phantasia. (Oh, this isn't good.) – though Phantasia while running away. (They are taking the stronger chimeras way sooner than I though.) (But they did took some casualties. I saw some corpse on the ground here and there that wasn't my doing.) Phantasia quickly hid in the alley way as the group of guards passed by. "…" Phantasia poked out his head from trashcan. (It seems they are gone.) – though Phantasia while leaving the trashcan. (Still, the situation is far worse than I though.) (I'm killing people, but there are still too many guards left.) (I can still assassinate them here and there to reduce their numbers, but the more chimeras they kill, the bigger their groups will become and there won't be many guards who are all alone.) (The "Big Guy" I'm making right now isn't finished yet.) – though Phantasia while drinking potions left and right. (Not only that, I don't know how I will last myself; I already used a lot of potions.) (The plague is already hindering people and making them panic, but the chimeras will be sooner or later wiped out.) (Right now I'm also using fast reload crossbow with extreme high attack bolts.) (However, this bolt is only good for hitting vital spots or headshots.) (I still have my one shot crossbow with high attack but very slow reload speed.) (Should I take high ground and snipe them from afar?) (…) (Nah. Too many problems with that.) (They would for example spot me and block the only way out, straight up trapping me.) "…" Running away, hiding, recovering, attacking, repeat. Running away, hiding, recovering, attacking, repeat. Running away, hiding, recovering, attacking, repeat. (I did that way too many times since I wanted to be careful…. But I'm way too fuking idiot.) – though Phantasia before leaving his hiding spot and aiming with his crossbow at one of the guards. Phantasia fired with his crossbow, hitting the guard in the head and instantly killing him, but ending up being noticed by the other guards. "Yoo-Hoo." – said Phantasia while waving his hand. "There he is!" – shouted the young dark elf guard. (Its getting risky, but fuck it!) – though Phantasia while putting away his crossbow. (Even if it cost me my arm or leg, I need to kill as many of those guards as possible before they band together and hunt me down for real.) (I can't play it safe, I need to show myself and kill all of them before they band together or some sort of boss shows up that will fuck me.) (Before that happens, I need to kill as many of those guards as possible and this time I cannot delay it any longer.) "Come to me you motherfuckers." "The doctor will heal you from the disease called life!" – said Phantasia. (….) (Huh. This was pretty good line.) (I should probably note it down.)
