Chapter 215 - 214 – Mining operation.

After receiving the order from the organization, I had quickly made an new sets of monsters and quickly set off to the Agumu town. According to the informations I had, the mining operation just started recently and from the Shadow Mask men found out was that these guys are trying to keep the mini operation an secret to the point they straight up filled the entire settlement with soldiers. And that makes things WAY too suspicious no matter how…. I mean what the fuck?! It will keep informations at bay for an moment, but then the town will end up gaining a lot of gazes from all sort of people if you do that. I just don't understand it. Do they just need to mine as soon as possible and then transport as many arcane gems as possible to the Rose Tower? If so, why? …. Honestly, one of the reason I can think of is this. They had managed to crack down the magic guns and they are finally able to produce them. Rose Tower was originally an organization that focus on magic, alchemy and special tools like the magic tools for example and my magic guns falls in theirs research range. I wouldn't be surprised if they did that. But is it really true? I mean, they wanted to buy my crafting methods recently… So maybe they cracked like 50% of the research? The barrel part can be somewhat confusing. People do suspect my guns using either magic crystals or magic gems and that is true. They are one of most important parts of my magic guns. But is it really about magic guns? Hell, we still don't know how they are producing homunculus nor what is their real aim really is. We don't know what they are keeping in the deepest part of the Rose Tower and what they are researching in there. Maybe they need the arcane crystal for something else entirely? Who knows? Anyway, I managed to arrive near the Agumu town, find an safe location as well as find an location where I can observe the town without getting noticed and I got say, the informations was correct. What is this stuff?!" – shouted the soldier as he tried to keep himself away from the weird and unknown green smoke that had started to spread. The plague smoke began spreading through the town after the explosion occurred, alarming and confusing the forces in the settlement who then were once again bombarded with the second volley of the mortar shots that blew up the people and spread even more plague smoke after words. "Go." While the town was in the state of complete panic and confusion, Phantasia alongside his monsters had began running towards the town after leaving the forest. "?!" "Shit! Hey! Monsters! There are an horde of monsters running towards us!" – shouted the knight that noticed Phantasia and his monsters coming before then getting blown up with the lava blast fired by Phantasia magic gun. The chaos caused by the bombardment and the plague spreading in the town had created an hard time for the town defenses to organize and defend the town, with in the end had allowed Phantasia and his monsters to easily barge into the town and start attacking the people inside of it. At first, the ambush managed to take down easily some of the soldiers near the entrance without having Phantasia suffer any casualties, but before long the huge group of the soldiers straight up rushed at him without carrying about the plague. "!" (Homunculus!) – though Phantasia who realized that the creatures in front of him aren't humans. The created soldiers rushed at Phantasia; however, the mad man was easily able to murder the creatures left and right with his claws, turning the creatures into shreds. "There he is! Blast him!" – shouted the Rose Tower mage that fired blast of fire alongside few other mages at the Phantasia, blowing him up. The attack hit, however Phantasia was completely unbothered by the attack as he straight up rushed though the cloud created by the explosion and stabbed on of the mages through their whole chest with his giant claws, instantly killing the mage, before then assaulting the other mages who tried to either defend themselves or counter attack, but all of their efforts were in vain as Phantasia just brut forced his way through everything and then tore those mages to shreds. "We found the intruders!" – shouted the knight as he and some other soldiers rushed towards Phantasia. The next wave of the enemies emerged and Phantasia once again without hesitation rushed at them before then starting to kill them one by one. Phantasia was going on full out rampage and so were his monsters that were destroying everything they see. And while all of that was happening, the maiden dolls outside the town were keep firing the mortars and magic guns at the town, hitting people randomly by either blowing them up or infecting them with the plague. (…. Huh… How many people did I killed already?) – though Phantasia as he tore the soldier in two with his bare hands. (They really filled this place with soldiers… But where are civilians?) (…Oh right. They moved them since they want to keep this mining operation in secret…. That was quiet obvious answer.) "?" "?!" Phantasia put up his guard up before moments later and giant block of ice flew straight at him, hitting him and pushing him back. "How dare you attack this place?!" – shouted the elderly mage. [Agnus Volga] "Do you have any idea who you are messing with?!" "!" (Wait, aren't those monsters… Aren't those the same kind of monsters that attacked-) "?!" For an moment, mage was distracted by the monsters that he had spotted, realizing that they were the Doctor monsters, but the moment he realized that, the giant ice block that he fired before was thrown back at the mage, alarming the mage who saw the block coming and forcing the mage to deploy the barrier of ice to protect himself, shattering the block against the manifested barrier. However, exactly after the block was shattered, an blast of magic shot lava was fired against the shield, destroying the barrier instantly, scaring the elderly mage. The mage tried firing the barrage of the icy spears at the direction where the blast came from, firing the series of shots at the cloud of the smoke, but while the mage was firing his attacks, Phantasia used the smoke as his cover to move around the mage and then reemerge on the mage right. The mage noticed Phantasia rushing straight at him, but before he could do anything, Phantasia managed to secure an solid and strong hit right in the mage face, dealing critical damage and sending the mage flying until he collided with an random house, smashing into it. Phantasia rushed towards the mage who instantly fired an blast of icy wind at the Phantasia, but not managing to harm him as he deployed [Corpse Barrier] to block the attack and allowing Phantasia to get close to the mage once again. The mage tried to fire another spell, but before he could do it, Phantasia began hitting the mage with nonstop barrage of the brawler type skills at, landing solid hits one after another and do not giving the mage even slightest moment to do anything before finally having his head get crushed by Phantasia fist, resulting in the mage death. "…." "Oh….. Oh shit…. This isn't good." – said the soldier that just witnessed brutal and on sided beat down that led to the elderly mage death. "AGNUS! AGNUS IS DEAD!" "What the fuck?!" "…." "Ah… So, this guy was in charge of this place?" – said Doctor after he noticed the soldiers and mages reaction. "Well then, I guess massacreting everything single one of you will be WAY EASIER THAN I HAD EXPECTED! YOU PIECES OF TRASH!"
