They were teleported to the eastern perimeter. The moment they arrived, Narak along with his zombie force arrived too. Narak’s aura was so intense that it sent a wave of unease through everyone present. Su Jiyai clenched her fists, her body tensing. Despite the cold dread creeping up her spine, she stood tall, refusing to show any fear. Narak’s gaze locked onto Su Jiyai, his dark eyes narrowing. “So, this is the legendary Boss Su?” His voice was low, rumbling like thunder. “I expected more.” However all Su Jiyai heard was growls. Qin Feng who was standing at her side, translated everything to her. Su Jiyai smirked, though her heart was racing. “You’re welcome to find out just how much more I have to offer.” Narak’s lips curled into a cruel smile. “Bold. But your confidence will be your downfall.” With that, he signaled to his army of mutated zombies. They surged forward like a wave of death, their grotesque forms charging toward Su Jiyai’s forces. Su Jiyai’s expression changed. She had guessed the possibility but was still taken aback when Narak actually attacked her force. Just as she was about to motion her force to counterattack, the zombie king started to laugh and the zombies instantly stopped and retreated. “Boss Su’s scared face is truly funny.” Narak laughed. Qin Feng’s face turned ugly as he translated everything to Su Jiyai. Su Jiyai’s eyes narrowed as she processed Narak’s mocking laughter. Her heart beat faster, not from fear, but from growing anger. Then tell me what you can offer me, in return of delaying the attack on your base.” After Qin Feng translated Narak’s words to Su Jiyai, she shook her head and said, “I don’t just want you to delay the attack, I want you to control all the zombies and prevent them from attacking the humans ever again. In return I will find the cure for the zombie virus and turn you back into a human.” Narak’s eyes flashed with interest as he heard Su Jiyai’s bold proposition. His cruel smile faltered for a moment, and a flicker of curiosity replaced the mockery in his gaze. “A cure?” Narak growled, his deep voice laced with skepticism. “Do you really think you can cure something that’s become part of our very existence?” Su Jiyai’s heart pounded, but she kept her expression firm, not letting any doubt show. As long as she finds all the pieces of the antidote, no one will have to fight the zombies. Narak’s dark eyes narrowed as he considered her words. “You expect me to believe you can reverse what the world has become?” Narak asked, his voice low and dangerous. “That you can undo the curse that’s been plaguing us for decades?” Su Jiyai held his gaze, unwavering. “Yes. And if you help me, you can be the first to receive the cure. You and your entire army. You’ll no longer have to live as monsters, bound by instincts and violence. They were only trying to create a deeper wedge between you and me. So…please don’t have any mercy on them the next time you meet them.”
