When 22 terrifyingly large Cyclops were brought back to Dawn City by vampires riding Whispering Bats and using Mage Hand, the entire city was electrified. Aside from the Hero Selection Tournament, nothing had ever caused such excitement among the populace. Almost everyone was spreading the news. Lord Kachar had achieved victory in battle! Even before Li De and the vampires had left, the Propaganda Department had already glorified his campaign against the Cyclops, making it widely known. Everyone knew that Li De had waged war on the evil Cyclops for the sake of Dawn City. Now, their triumphant return was a tremendous morale boost. Especially since the Cyclops appeared so formidable, amplifying the joy even further. To think we defeated such a powerful creature as the Cyclops!! Praise Lord Kachar!! Praise the Saintlight Vampires!" "Hahaha, we won!! His massive figure, explosive muscles, terrifying single eye, grotesque appearance, and gray-black charred, wrinkled skin—all exuded an overwhelming aura. Grotesque and fearsome, powerful and awe-inspiring. Upon seeing Kosso, the crowd, after recovering from their initial shock, began screaming and scrambling backward.
