And then she released it and raised her hands in a look of surrender. As she was speaking, she suddenly vanished from Caius’ sight and reappeared right in front of him a quarter of a second later, leaning her face close again. "Make no mistake, you are what you are because of me. You belong to me." Her fingers were on Caius’ chest again. First, she tapped her fingertips against his skin and then she leaned close and played a kiss on it before spreading her lips so she could graze her fangs across his sternum. And then she dug in and stabbed her claws into him, drawing blood from all five puncture wounds as well as a gasp of pain from Caius’ lips.
