And then there was the fact that the other girls got to be close to Caius while she stayed away and glared from afar. How much of an impact was she possibly having in the battle then? She was losing and felt like she hadn’t even started. Which is even more embarrassing when she started the battle herself. All she had in her arsenal, really, was getting Caius completely enamored with her. Self-aware as she was, she knew she was an absolute knockout. Face, body, and magical genius, she had it all.
