Chapter 34: I have other ‘Firsts’ (1) *••• Caius heard Delia entering her sister’s office but whatever that was about and would be discussed was not his concern. He had his student map in hand and used it as an ever-trusty guide until he was standing in front of Arlette’s office door. School was likely ending soon and he knew he only had a few minutes before guards from his family’s estate arrived in a carriage to ferry him home. "You should call your students by their names," Caius said with a smile. Arlette ignored him. Caius laughed now. "You know, I do have other ’Firsts’." Arlette’s head swiveled to look at him again and she had a ravishing smile on her face. "Go on," she said. Caius shrugged, "What more is there to say?"
