Then he smirked, confidence flashing in his eyes. "Next time? I doubt you’ll even be a challenge by then. If you’re dumb enough to come looking for death, Emerald Castle will be happy to oblige." Right now, his Tier 14 Mythic Units were mostly split between two types: the Ancient Behemoth and the Sacred Kirin. He only had three Ancient Behemoths. But Sacred Kirins? Nearly twenty. Sure, Emerald Castle still had a few Tier 13 Legendary Green Dragons lying around. Under normal circumstances, they could hold the line and look impressive enough. But that was just for show. When it came down to real war—when it was all or nothing—Tier 13 Legendary Units just couldn’t compare to Tier 14 Mythic Units. A true Crimson Ultimate Hero needed an army of Mythic Units at their back. That’s when their full power could be unleashed. That’s when they became terrifying. And here was the other issue... Emerald Castle had always been a land-based faction. But now, all of its top-tier units were Sacred Kirins—beasts of the sea and sky. That was a problem. If things kept going this way... Wouldn’t that imbalance come back to bite them later?
