"Do you know of any alternate dimensions nearby?" Ethan asked. "Alternate dimensions? How do you kn—" Corvan’s face changed instantly, his eyes wide with shock. But he caught himself just in time and clamped his mouth shut. ... "So, you do know something?" Ethan’s eyes narrowed, his tone calm but laced with quiet pressure. "Go ahead and talk. You should understand by now—playing tough won’t do you any favors." ROAR! Just then, a thunderous dragon’s roar echoed from the other side of the deck.
