Not with fear or anxiety, but with the same serenity and indifference as always. The blood lotus beside him trembled, slowly absorbing energy from the surrounding area. Its petals vibrated at a peculiar frequency. Kael raised his left hand and touched the lotus. "[Awake]" In an instant, the lotus dissolved into a cloud of floating petals.
