She gripped her greatsword with both hands, already preparing for another attack. But Strax, with his usual calm, simply observed her for a moment. He didn't move, not in a hurry. He already knew the fight was over. He had control. With an impressive burst of speed, Strax charged forward, his human form vanishing for a moment before reappearing in front of Samira. He crouched slightly, his claws cutting through the air with lethal precision. Samira didn't have time to react before Strax blocked her greatsword once again and, with absurd strength, disarmed her, sending the blade flying far away. The greatsword fell heavily to the ground, and Samira found herself without her primary weapon. She stepped back, now with a serious expression. Even with imminent defeat, Strax didn't give her time to recover. He advanced again, but this time, instead of attacking, he stopped just a few centimeters from her, his dragon claws lightly pressing against Samira's shoulders, immobilizing her without the slightest difficulty. "It's over, Samira," Strax said, his voice deep and calm, but with unwavering authority. "You did well, but the war to come requires more than what you can offer alone." Samira stayed silent for a moment, still panting from the intensity of the fight. She looked at him, accepting her defeat with a sigh. "I see," she replied, her eyes softening a bit, but the defiant gleam still present. "I didn't expect to be beaten so quickly." Strax stepped away from her, retracting his claws and allowing Samira to regain her composure. She picked up the greatsword from the ground and, without another word, moved to the side. Her posture showed respect, though still a bit frustrated. Strax, on the other hand, didn't seem satisfied at all. He had won, yes, but something in the back of his mind wouldn't let him feel completely at ease. What was coming wouldn't be easy, and he knew that. The world was changing quickly, and he needed to act before it was too late. He turned to Samira, who was already starting to catch her breath. "Send a letter to Rogue," Strax said firmly. "We'll form an army with mercenaries and guild members." Samira looked at him with a curious expression. "Why such an urgent alliance all of a sudden? What's going on, Strax?" He stared back at her with a serious gaze, his eyes deep and calculating. The truth was, he was starting to sense that something much larger was about to unfold. Something that would test all limits of power. Something he needed to anticipate. "Because something big is going to happen," Strax replied, his voice now carrying a palpable tension. "Let's just say that a lot is going to unfold, and I need power." Strax spoke with a calm smile toward his wife. "Shall we go?" he asked, summoning a sword. "You're not going to give up so easily, right?"
