Two troublemakers were blabbering on, leaving the people around them speechless, debating whether they should clap or stay quiet with all the mutual praise going on. William White's first animation was Transformers, which wasn't just loved by Americans; the Japanese adored it too. If you think it was entirely made by the Japanese, that's just nonsense. The outline and script were done in America. If you went straight from comic books to shooting, it wouldn't be a flop, but that's about it. William White's animation was different. The story was clearly more tight-knit, and the robot fights were way more intense. As for those irrelevant dialogues, better keep them to a minimum. Thanks to the collaboration on advertisements, Toei Animation's capabilities were promising. And the price? Well, the broadcast rights in Japan could break even; everything else was just profit. As for when it would be finished? That's not easy to answer. Without at least six months, there's no point in worrying over this animation. Plus, rushing it wouldn't make sense.
