Chapter 93: Golden Ticket (1) A/N: This might be a sign to give me some golden tickets! --- Arthur’s fight with Ha-joon sparked a lot of discussion in the academy. It was literally the talk of the school. The new student who defeated the one expected to lead a generation. But that was the school’s and the students’ problem. Arthur’s own problem was that he had gotten a stalker, or maybe a bodyguard. It seemed after the match, Ellie had been following him everywhere. Many of his classmates hadn’t noticed it, so it wasn’t called out as creepy, but to him, who not only had the Immortal bloodline of the Demonic Dragon but also Ultra Instinct, it was easy to sense it. ’Can she stop stalking me and just talk to me?’ Perhaps it was because she was stalking him, but each time he tried to approach her, she always disappeared without a trace and reappeared moments later. Like that, two weeks flew by before they realized it. --- "Today we will be having a class on horse riding." Arthur had chosen Noble Etiquette as his elective course, just like last time, and today’s lesson was horse riding. The professor, a young, beautiful elf with an athletic build and long white hair tied in a ponytail, addressed the students. "Now, pick your riding partners," she added. "And Arthur Arcain, you’re with me." All the girls in class began to complain, but none of them had the right to question the teacher’s partner selection. Arthur took the paper and opened it. ’Wow, getting mail info instead of contact info.’ The woman let out a satisfied smile and pointed toward a white horse in the distance. "Have you ridden a horse properly before?" Arthur shook his head. He might have done it once or twice, like that time with Nathira, but never anything serious. The teacher, Eliya, sounded excited. "Well, that’s good for the two of us. I get to have a lot of alone time with you." Arthur smiled warmly, which made Eliya smile too. ’Hot young boys are really the best.’ She turned and clenched her fist. ’You can’t mess this up, Eliya. You’ve been single for far too long.’ With a sharp whistle, she called the white horse over, while the other students mounted theirs in pairs and rode off. Eliya jumped on first and tapped the space behind her. "Okay, hold on tight," she said as Arthur climbed up and wrapped his arms around her waist. The horse began moving quickly across the large open field. Arthur studied every movement she made and how she commanded the horse. ’Would this work on dragons or demonic dragons?’ They were a higher race, but no one ever said higher races couldn’t be tamed. In fact, many of the novels he’d read back on Earth were about taming dragons. Arthur snapped back to reality as he felt warmth press against him. Eliya was now leaning completely into his chest. Instead of him simply holding her waist to stay balanced, he was now holding both of them steady. She steered them into a patch of thick bushes and handed him the reins, then rested her head on his shoulder. "Hey, Arthur..." She spoke as he instinctively guided the horse. "You really know how to take control." Her lips moved closer to his. "Your teacher’s been lonely these past few centuries, and I never thought I’d find love. But then you came along." Before Arthur could process what was happening, they were kissing. "A golden ticket?" She nodded, her lips brushing his. "I mean... my V card." Arthur’s grip on her waist loosened. "I’m married." She blinked. Seeing her confusion, Arthur rephrased his words. "I think maybe we’re moving too fast. Or maybe... I just don’t want to look like an easy target." Eliya pouted and wrapped her arm around his neck. "But you’re a pushover for pretty girls, right?" Arthur answered with a straight face. "Yes. One hundred percent. I love anything that’s pretty, cute, has boobs, and a nice ass." Eliya burst into laughter at his deadpan delivery. "Then let big sis teach you how not to be a pushover. But to do that, you’ll have to be a pushover one more time." ’Damn... she knows how to get me.’ Arthur looked away like he was thinking. He wanted to give in. Maybe it was because life had been rough lately and his wives were all too innocent, but he couldn’t bring himself to do something reckless, especially when three of his family members were still missing.
