Sophie sat up with a contented sigh, stretching like a cat. "I need a drink," she announced, sliding out of bed and wrapping a blanket around her naked form. Noah watched her go, admiring the way her hips swayed with each step. He couldn't believe this was happening, that he'd just lost his virginity to the daughter of the Eastern Defense Minister. 'What are the odds?' he thought wryly, running a hand through his hair. 'Out of all the girls in the academy, I end up in bed with her.' But as he lay there, basking in the afterglow, he couldn't find it in himself to regret it. The sex had been incredible, better than anything he'd ever imagined. And the way Sophie had taken charge, guiding him through every step... He shook his head, trying to clear the fog of lust that still clung to his brain. He needed to focus, to think about what came next. Sophie's voice drifted from the kitchen, pulling him from his musings. "Hey Noah," she called. "You want a drink?" He hesitated for a moment before sliding out of bed, grabbing his boxers from the floor. He felt a bit awkward, suddenly shy about being naked in front of her. But when he entered the kitchen, Sophie barely glanced up from the glass she was pouring. She was leaning against the counter, the blanket slipping off one shoulder to reveal the smooth expanse of her back. "Rum and coke okay?" she asked, holding up a bottle of dark liquor. At his nod, she poured a generous amount into a second glass, topping it off with cola from the fridge. She passed it to him with a smile, her fingers brushing against his. He felt the contact like a jolt of electricity, his skin prickling where she touched. "To new friends," she toasted, clinking her glass against his. "And incredible first times." Noah laughed, feeling the tension ease from his shoulders. "To new friends," he agreed, taking a long sip of his drink. The rum burned going down, warming him from the inside out. They fell into easy conversation then, chatting about their time at the academy, their favorite classes, their hopes for the future. It was strange, Noah thought, how comfortable he felt with her. Like they'd known each other for years instead of hours. But as the minutes ticked by, he couldn't shake the feeling that something was off. That there was more to Sophie than met the eye. "You know," she said suddenly, setting her glass down on the counter. "For as long as I've known you, I never thought you'd be the type to go after a girl like me." Noah frowned, taken aback by the blunt statement. "What do you mean?" he asked cautiously. Sophie shrugged, her fingers toying with the edge of her blanket. "I mean, look at me. I'm rich, I'm popular, I'm... experienced. Guys like you, they usually stay away. Afraid of getting burned." Noah felt a surge of indignation at the implication. "I'm not afraid of anything," he said firmly. "And I don't care about your money or your reputation. I just... I like you." Sophie's eyes widened at that, a small smile tugging at the corners of her mouth. "Well then," she purred, moving closer to him. "Why don't you show me?" She dropped her glass onto the counter with a clatter, the sound echoing in the quiet apartment. Then she was on him, pressing him back against the cool marble as she kissed him fiercely. Noah groaned into her mouth, his hands coming up to grip her waist. He could feel the heat of her skin through the thin blanket, the softness of her curves molding against him. 'Fuck,' he thought dazedly, his brain short-circuiting at the sudden onslaught of sensation. 'I'm never going to get enough of her.' He turned them abruptly, bending Sophie over the counter and yanking the blanket away from her body. She gasped at the sudden change in position, arching her back to press her ass against his straining erection. "What are you doing?" she breathed, looking back at him with lust-darkened eyes. "Tell me what you want," he demanded, nipping at her bottom lip. "Tell me how you want me to fuck you." Sophie moaned, arching into him as she felt his hard length pressing against her thigh. "I want you to make me come," she begged shamelessly. "I want you to fuck me until I can't walk straight." Noah grinned ferally, capturing her mouth in a searing kiss. Then he was sliding into her once more, filling her completely as he started to move. He took his time this time, drawing out each thrust until Sophie was writhing beneath him, desperate for more. He angled his hips just right, hitting that sweet spot inside her that made her see stars. "Come on baby," he urged breathlessly, feeling her walls start to flutter around him. "Come for me. Let me feel you." With a cry of his name, Sophie obeyed, her release crashing over her like a tidal wave. Noah followed seconds later, spilling into her with a hoarse shout of her name. They lay there for a long moment, tangled together as they caught their breath. Noah pressed soft kisses to Sophie's face, marveling at the way she fit so perfectly in his arms. "I can't believe I found you," he murmured, brushing a strand of hair away from her forehead. "Of all the girls in the academy, I end up with the most amazing one." Sophie smiled, tucking her face into his neck with a contented sigh. "I'm glad I found you too," she said softly. "Even if it was just for one night." Noah's heart stuttered at that, a sudden realization hitting him. "What do you mean, just for one night?" he asked cautiously. Sophie pulled back to look at him, her expression unreadable. "Come on, Noah," she said lightly. "We both know this can't go anywhere. You're a first-year. I'm a third-year. We come from different worlds." Noah's gut twisted at the casual dismissal, a wave of frustration rising up inside him. "So what?" he demanded. "You think I can't handle a relationship with a girl like you?" Sophie exhaled, shaking her head. "That's not it, Noah. It's just... relationships in the academy are complicated. People talk. Expectations, obligations—" "Screw expectations," Noah cut in. He sat up, pulling her with him until she had no choice but to meet his gaze. "I don't care what anyone says. I don't care what year you are, where you come from, or what bullshit rules they have here. I know what I want. And I want you." Her lips parted slightly, surprise flickering across her face. "Noah—" "No," he said firmly. "Don't tell me this was just some fleeting thing. You felt it too. I know you did." She hesitated, her fingers tracing over his chest absentmindedly. "It's not that simple," she whispered. Noah caught her hand, pressing it against his heart. "It is," he said. "It's just us. You and me. If you want this—really want this—then be mine. No half-measures, no pretending this was nothing. Just you and me. Only you and me." Sophie swallowed hard, searching his face as if looking for an escape. But there was none. Not when he had already seen the truth in her eyes. Slowly, she let out a breath. "Alright," she said finally. "No half-measures." Noah's grip on her hand tightened. "So we're doing this?" She nodded. "Yeah, we're doing this." A slow grin spread across his face before he leaned in, capturing her lips in a deep, lingering kiss. "Good," he murmured against her mouth. "Because I wasn't planning on letting you go."
