Chapter 151: Innocent and Trust

Raven just stared at her as he did not expect this at all. Was she serious to even say she would touch him back? The way she said things, like it was not that serious, left him silent. And the way she had opened her hand for him made him feel guilty for even thinking such sinfully.Now he was wondering if he was taking advantage of her innocence, but he was saying that truthfully he did not expect her to actually agree like there was nothing wrong. He looked at her blue curious eyes and the way she tilted her head as if waiting for him to touch her. His ears burned deeply as he tried his best not to think of it. He faced and scolded himself when he noticed the sad look in her eyes as she slowly dropped her arms. Pandora looked at Raven, wondering if she had done something wrong. "It seems like you don’t want to touch me. That’s fine," she said softly as she turned to leave. "I’ll just write then." But before she could even move to turn fully, Raven’s hand held her in place. Pandora turned, curious as to why he stopped her. "You don’t say such things to a man, okay? What if I had other intentions? I am not that gentle," he said as he scratched the back of his neck, locking his gaze with her. To his surprise, she nodded. "But I mean what I say. I don’t mind if you are not gentle with me. To me, you are the most caring man and would not harm me," she spoke sincerely, and Raven stilled. She had no idea what her words were doing to him. She trusted him already, even though she knew she was not meant to be here. Her trust had deepened when he decided not to tell anyone about her being a mermaid, which he was supposed to do. He had been so kind to her and even brought her a typewriter for her book. She did not mind him at all. "Tell me, do you tell other men this?" he asked her as he locked gaze with her. "No, you are the only man I say all this to, because I mean it," she spoke sincerely. In fact, the thing was, Pandora was not the kind of person who had good talk with men. The only thing she did when they came for her to polish their shoes was just take the shoes whe was meant to polish, say the price, and that was all. Raven was just different because she could freely talk to him, meet his gaze, and all. "I think you don’t like me," she finally spoke softly. Raven’s eyes widened as he noticed the sadness in her voice. If only she knew how much he was holding himself back all through these weeks, and yet here she was, saying that he did not like her. Pandora pressed her lips together as she shifted her gaze away. It seemed he was not comfortable with her. Even that day when he said he wanted to kiss her and she said he could, he had told her she had no idea what she was saying and that he did not want her to regret it. He had asked her to think about it first. She turned to him after taking a few deep breaths to call herself from overthinking. She would finally say this—if that was what would make him happy, then she did not mind at all. "Maybe you would need your space then. I have finally agreed to your request," she spoke softly with a small, weak smile. Raven stared at her as he wondered what request she was talking about. "Dora, what request are you talking about here?" he asked calmly as he moved to hold her hands, but she pulled away. His hands halted mid-air as he was shocked—she had not pulled away from him before, so what happened? He wondered, surprised and shocked at the same time. "You had said you wanted me to stay at the ladies’ quarters. I could do that if that would make you happy..." but Raven caught her off gently with his words. "No... I... I want you to stay." Pandora’s lips parted open in surprise as she did not expect that at all. The reason why Raven had said she should stay there was because he thought she was not comfortable, given that this place was the guards’ quarters, and he was not liking the idea of her in a room where maybe someone would mistake it for another. But when she said she would sleep with him, he was okay with it as he knew that at that point he could keep her safe. But then he noticed he could not sleep because he was thinking about her, and she was right next to him. He really did fight wars with his body to behave, and now she thought he did not like her. Only if she knew the thoughts that ran through his head every day, the sinful thoughts. "I want you to stay..." he spoke as he pulled her into a hug. Pandora’s eyes widened slightly before a smile moved to her lips as she hugged him back. She caressed his perfect muscular back as Raven’s body stiffened at how soothing her hands moved. He bent slightly as his breath fanned her ear and then he spoke in a low, husky tone. "Do you still want me to kiss you and touch you?" he asked calmly, and to his surprise, she nodded despite the light tint on her ears now from the way his breath had fanned her there. Raven’s lips curled into a smirk as he pulled away gently, his hands moving to her red silk hair as he ran it through..so smooth. Their eyes locked, his brown eyes with her blue ones, as he moved his other hand to her waist. A soft gasp escaped her lips, making his body tingle at the sound, like he wanted to hear more. He moved his hand to her neck while the other pressed her body to him, and then he leaned in and pressed his lips onto hers. Just as their lips met, Pandora’s eyes widened. She did not know a kiss could feel this way. Her heart sparked as an electrifying sweetness danced around her body, her stomach flipped, and then Raven pushed his tongue into her as he sucked on her lips. Pandora felt some confidence surge through her; she moved her hands as she wrapped them around his neck. As Raven kissed her lower lips..her soft lips that were making his brain move into madness and ecstasy, his lips curled slightly when he noticed her trying to mimic him. And it was not like how he had done it; he knew this was her first. He held her waist as Pandora’s legs weakened. Her body shivered lightly as Raven slipped his hand under her shirt. Her eyes opened, she had closed them when they were kissing—but he was still kissing her, his hands moving up her smooth, curvy back and then... Click. Her bra straps came undone. Pandora’s face flushed hard as she tried to hold back at what she had just felt. His hand moved as he lifted her shirt up. Pandora’s face burned as Raven pulled away calmly, his eyes resting on hers before shifting to her large round breasts now coming into view. "R... Raven, I feel different..I want more," Pandora spoke softly as Raven chuckled at her words. "But R... Raven, have you touched a woman like this? And have you kissed her too?" She then opened her mouth and spoke. "Would you still do this to other ladies?" she asked almost sadly. Raven moved and kissed her lips softly as he shook his head. "No, sweetheart. I would not do this to anyone again except you," he spoke. He was surprised at himself, but he meant it. He had made his promise, and once he made a promise, he kept it. That was what he was going to do. He knew how dangerous this was—a werewolf and a mermaid...but he knew that the way he felt for her was strong, and he himself could not deny it. "Now be a good girl and bite this," he said as he raised up her shirt to her lips so she would bite on the tip, as he wanted to touch her. She opened her mouth as her eyes locked on his. Raven cursed, he had just thought about something else. She bit on it gently. As his eyes finally rested on her breasts, his hands moved swiftly yet slowly up her waist. Pandora hummed a moan as she hid in her hair, her face flushing. Finally, Raven’s hand touched her breast as he squeezed it. His eyes widened at the softness of it. It was so soft—he had never felt something like this. Were mermaids built differently? Pandora moaned through the cloth. Just as he was about to move and suck on it, they were interrupted by a soft knock on the door from a soldier. Pandora’s eyes widened as her mouth parted.
