"Kael, lend me Flammifer!"
Seeing Glorfindel at a disadvantage, Gandalf immediately shouted to Kael.
Kael didn't hesitate, pulling the sword from his enchanted pouch and throwing it over.
Gandalf caught the blade skillfully, and it instantly ignited with flames like the sun... so sacred, dazzling, and scorching!
"You cannot pass! I am a servant of the Secret Fire, wielder of the flame of Anor. You cannot pass! The dark fire will not avail you, flame of Udûn! Go back to the Shadow! You cannot pass!"
Gandalf stood again, Flammifer burning with solar fire, incinerating the surrounding dark forces.
The sacred flames forced Sauron to retreat, standing in opposition to the dark fire the Dark Lord released.
"May the Valar manifest here and banish the darkness!" Radagast also rose again, releasing holy light to join the battle.
For a moment, Glorfindel, Gandalf, and Radagast joined forces against the Dark Lord Sauron.
Both sides fell into an evenly matched struggle, the aftermath of battle causing the massive castle fortress to continuously crumble and shatter.
Kael knew his strength was the weakest and didn't interfere with his comrades, instead controlling his Patronus to attack the Nazgûl.
"Lord Elrond, I'll hold off the Nazgûl... you go help Gandalf and the others!" Kael shouted to Elrond.
Elrond knew the battle situation could change in an instant. After breaking free from the Nazgûl, he immediately joined the siege against Sauron.
Only Kael remained, facing nine menacing Nazgûl, instantly under tremendous pressure.
The Nazgûl's power wasn't overwhelmingly strong. The only difficult thing about them was that they simply couldn't be killed, or rather, they possessed the ability to continuously resurrect.
Every time a Nazgûl was destroyed, it would soon resurrect from the Eye and continue attacking.
Fortunately, the white magic Patronus had a restraining effect on dark creatures like the Nazgûl. Kael didn't engage in prolonged combat with them, instead continuously having his Patronus harass and ambush them, not giving them a chance to reinforce their master.
The Nazgûl weren't fools either. They naturally saw through Kael's intention and unanimously attacked him.
As long as they killed him, the Patronus restraining them would naturally disappear.
Five Nazgûl held off Kael's owl Patronus while the other four aggressively charged toward Kael.
Kael wasn't panicked by this, gripping the divine spear Aeglos tightly in a defensive stance.
But the next second, just as the Nazgûl were about to reach Kael, four gleaming objects shot out from his pocket, instantly targeting the four Nazgûl.
The gleaming objects were too fast and caught the Nazgûl off guard, giving them no time to react before piercing through their spirit forms.
Only after reacting did the Nazgûl see clearly that there were four daggers.
"No!" The Nazgûl let out agonized screams, their spirit forms severely damaged, the dark magic on them broken by the daggers.
The Nazgûl's bodies rapidly twisted, contracted inward, and then exploded, creating a massive shockwave that instantly destroyed the surrounding buildings.
These were the four daggers Kael had obtained from the Barrow-downs, originally forged by the Dúnedain of the North as weapons specifically crafted to fight evil forces, inscribed with runes that could bring disaster to Mordor.
Now used against the Nazgûl, they finally demonstrated their intended effect.
The Nazgûl struck by the daggers had their evil power broken and couldn't be resurrected by Sauron's Eye for a short time.
Kael's pressure was instantly relieved.
The remaining five Nazgûl, seeing the four daggers floating around Kael, were very wary and fearful, not daring to approach anymore. Having lost four subordinates, Sauron as their master naturally sensed it.
The massive Eye turned toward Kael, emanating evil, dark mental power.
"Young wizard, I know you. You killed my trusted Orc servant..."
"I see your hidden desires, your longing for powerful strength. I can grant you powerful strength, teach you to forge rings of power, make you immortal, and even let you rule this world... as long as you submit to me."
Seductive, corrupting, and fallen magical sounds echoed in Kael's ears, trying to invade his mind and twist his soul.
Kael's expression struggled as the hair woven around his wrist radiated light to protect his mind, firmly resisting Sauron's mental erosion.
But even so, his mind was inevitably affected, generating many crazed negative emotions, with only the last trace of calm rationality remaining in his heart.
He looked up to see the Eye flash with smugness and mockery, as if already foreseeing his fall and corruption under its control.
Kael couldn't help but feel endless unwillingness and rage rise in his heart, his retreating mental defenses giving birth to a crazy idea.
Now his mind was filled with negative emotions under the influence of Sauron's evil power.
So why not use these emotions to turn the tables?
In an instant, the contents of Secrets of the Darkest Art he had read before flashed continuously in his mind, becoming clearer than ever.
He raised his wand toward the Eye, immersing himself in negative emotions and transforming them into endless malice, keeping only the last trace of consciousness, then roared as if venting:
"Avada Kedavra!"
In an instant, a brilliant green light emanating the ultimate aura of darkness, destruction, and devastation illuminated the clouds above, carrying ominous curse energy as it instantly struck the Eye.
Sauron, who had been fighting Gandalf, Elrond, and the others, instantly froze, the surrounding dark forces becoming chaotic and disordered without conscious control.
Accompanied by an extremely piercing scream of agony, Sauron seemed to suffer severe damage, his armor becoming twisted.
Elrond seized the opportunity, bursting forth with powerful strength and thrusting his sword into Sauron's hollow, dark helmet.
Sauron's tall form could no longer be maintained, directly collapsing into black mist and flames, instantly fleeing into the Eye.
The massive flaming Eye suddenly became dim, and the surrounding dark forces also weakened somewhat.
Taking advantage of his weakness, Gandalf, Radagast, Elrond, and Glorfindel intensified their attacks, forcing the Eye to continuously retreat and even shrink.
But even so, the Eye remained arrogant in tone.
"You cannot defeat me, nor can you stop me... darkness will descend again!"
The Eye erupted with terrifying demonic flames, unleashing its strongest attack and forcing back the four besiegers.
The five Nazgûl were instantly absorbed into the Eye, merging with it.
"Three Rings for the Elven-kings under the sky..."
"Seven for the Dwarf-lords in their halls of stone..."
"Nine for Mortal Men doomed to die..."
Dark ancient speech echoed around them, seeming to narrate while also chanting spells.
Within the Eye, nine rings of Men and three rings of Dwarves flickered in and out of sight.
"One Ring to rule them all, One Ring to find them, One Ring to bring them all, and in the darkness bind them... the One Ring shall return to my hand!"
