This ability is perfect for observation and for setting up devastating ambushes, where your victims won’t know what hit them until it’s too late. [The ability will consume MP and SP per second]." * [Moon Descendants]: "Summon Succubi, creatures born from the moonlight, imbued with your essence. These creatures can move through shadows, gliding stealthily to gather information, sabotage, and assassinate. They are beings that inspire terror and ecstasy in their enemies with every strike. All of them were impressive, truly divine-level. But the synergy I sought, the one that resonated most with my own essence, was clear. "Goddess Soulneth," I finally said, "I choose [Sanctuary of Life]." Soulneth smiled, a silent approval in her eyes. "A wise choice, my herald. Now, Aethernox, it’s your turn." The God of Time nodded, and a new, equally dazzling list appeared. "Before you choose," Aethernox told me, his voice deep and calm, "you might wonder why your old ’Rejuvenation’ ability isn’t here. Don’t worry. Those abilities, the ones you gained on your previous path, will be available to you as you grow and strengthen normally. But these five I show you now... they cannot be obtained in any other way. They are direct gifts from the very essence of time." Divine Abilities: Aethernox’s Legacy * [Chronoburst]: "Create a temporal field that manipulates the flow of time at your will. All damage you inflict within this field is stored, and upon its duration ending or deactivation, you can unleash all that accumulated damage again, concentrated into a single devastating blow. Within Chronoburst, you can alter the day/night cycle at will for its duration, boosting your lunar abilities. [No SP or MP cost]." * [Echo of the Past]: "Summon a temporal ’echo’ of yourself or a recent ally. This echo can repeat previously performed actions or abilities, creating a perfect copy of yourself that replicates an instant in time. Echoes are fragile but can overwhelm enemies with repeated attacks or provide strategic support. [Sacred Power and Mana consumption depends on how old the echo is; the less time you choose, the higher the consumption]." * [Temporal Fracture]: "Create a localized distortion in time, trapping everything around you within it until it almost halts, while you and your allies move at normal speed. [The ability will consume MP and SP per second]." * [Resurrection]: "Reverse time, bringing any target back from death. [MP and SP usage depends on how long the target has been dead]." * [Flow of Time]: "Create a designated area where time will move at your will. You can make your target age or rejuvenate for as long as you desire, until they were never born or turn to dust. [MP and SP consumption depends on the time elapsed]." Choosing Aethernox’s abilities was as crucial as choosing Soulneth’s. My mind was already working on the perfect combination with [Sanctuary of Life]. "Aethernox, I choose [Resurrection].
