But if they could be tamed, the benefits would be substantial. Their sheer size and endurance would make them excellent mounts, far surpassing horses. Although the clan had acquired horses, the road between the Chaotic Burial Mountain and Yong’an City was rough. Even on horseback, travel was slow, and encounters with wild beasts could easily unsettle the animals. But the green wolves, having lived in these mountains for years, were different. Yet, even with the Wolf King’s presence, taming their wild nature would be no easy feat—especially since the other green wolves did not eat grass. Chen Xingzhen hesitated.
