Admiral Akainu spoke with a grim tone. "I believe we must act against Zenkichi now. He's become a massive destabilizing force." "If he enters the New World and his strength continues to grow, he'll become a threat on the level of a Yonko. By then, eliminating him might be nearly impossible." While trimming his nails, Admiral Kizaru replied nonchalantly, "Isn't that kind of development beneficial? If Zenkichi rises to become a force like the Four Emperors, he could disrupt the current balance." "He might clash with the existing Yonko. And whether it's injuries or deaths, any weakening of their power benefits the Navy." Admiral Aokiji, leaning back lazily, frowned slightly. "If we let these pirate factions fight unchecked, civilians in the New World will be caught in the crossfire." Aokiji, a known pacifist among the admirals, was clearly uneasy with that idea. Fleet Admiral Sengoku's voice carried weight as he replied, "It's true that turning Zenkichi against the Yonko is a strategic move, but I'm concerned things might spiral out of control." "Our goal is to weaken them through infighting, not let one rise above the rest and become even more dangerous." "If Zenkichi defeats and absorbs other pirate crews, he might emerge stronger than any of them." Vice Admiral Tsuru, the calm and calculating staff officer, asked, "Then what's the course of action?" Sengoku paused to think before speaking slowly. "Zenkichi appeared out of nowhere. His power may surpass even our expectations." "I believe we should first test his strength—gauge the level of threat before deciding how to engage him." Akainu's expression darkened. "In that case, let me be the one to test him." Sengoku shook his head. "Zenkichi isn't someone a single admiral can handle. His power already rival that of the Pirate Emperors." "I propose we send all three admirals—and I will personally lead the operation." His declaration sent a wave of shock through the naval high command. Even the Four Emperors weren't usually met with such overwhelming force. Sengoku looked around at the stunned officers and continued. "Do not underestimate Zenkichi. His strength is far more terrifying than you imagine." "He knocked Kizaru away with a single punch. He can breathe fire, control seawater—he's shown power that rivals the strongest in the world." "To fight someone like that, it will take two admirals just to hold him, three to suppress him, and four to ensure his elimination." "Our goal this time is simple: eliminate Zenkichi. And for that, we require overwhelming power." Once the decision was made, the Navy acted swiftly. Within hours, a warship carrying Sengoku and the three admirals—Akainu, Kizaru, and Aokiji—left Marineford. --- Sabaody Archipelago Zenkichi and Robin strolled leisurely through the bustling streets of the Sabaody Archipelago. The exotic scenery and flavorful food made the island a rare joy during their journey through the world of pirates. "If you're going to visit the One Piece world, might as well enjoy it a little," Zenkichi said with a smirk as he watched Robin examine a street vendor's wares. Robin smiled faintly. "I never expected you to be the type who enjoys sightseeing." Zenkichi looked ahead thoughtfully. "I know someone here who may interest you—a man who knows more about the Poneglyphs than anyone alive. If you're serious about uncovering history, I can introduce you." Robin arched an eyebrow. "Someone who knows everything about the Poneglyphs? You must be joking." "I'm not," Zenkichi replied flatly. "I'm talking about Silvers Rayleigh." Robin blinked, stunned. "Pluton Rayleigh... the Pirate King's right hand?" Zenkichi nodded. "He's retired, lives quietly now, but if anyone can guide you, it's him." Though skeptical, Robin's curiosity was piqued. Zenkichi didn't plan to lead her to Raftel, and Robin wasn't prepared for that journey yet either. For now, Rayleigh was her best shot at answers. Soon, Zenkichi led her to a small, inconspicuous tavern. Inside, an old man sat alone at the bar, drinking casually. His scruffy appearance made him look like just another retired sailor. Robin leaned in toward Zenkichi. "Are you sure that's him? He's... not quite what I imagined." Zenkichi chuckled. "Don't let appearances fool you. Veterans may look rough, but their strength and wisdom remain." He approached the man. "Care to step outside for a talk? My companion has a few questions for you." Rayleigh glanced over, then grinned. "So the famous rookie wants a word with me? That's interesting." With a chuckle, he grabbed his bottle and followed them out. --- They found a quieter alley behind the tavern, shaded and calm. Zenkichi turned toward Rayleigh. "This is Nico Robin, survivor of Ohara. She seeks knowledge about the Poneglyphs." Rayleigh's expression shifted. He looked at Robin thoughtfully before nodding. "Nico Robin... the Demon's Child. You carry Ohara's legacy, not shame." "Still, what I want to know is—how did you even know I could read the Poneglyphs?" Zenkichi smirked. "Let's just call it a special insight. I can't really share the details." Rayleigh laughed. "Is that so? Well, I've never been one to pry into other people's secrets."
