Zenkichi looked at the pile and wordlessly formed a seal. A shadow clone popped into existence and sat at the desk, immediately beginning to process the work. "Let's go. I haven't been back in a while—show me around Konoha," Zenkichi said cheerfully. Tsunade's eyes lit up. "A lot's changed since you left. You'll definitely enjoy it." --- "Apologies, Zenkichi-sama, Tsunade-sama," the casino manager said with a distressed look. "We had an incident and have to close early." "Closing early?" Tsunade raised an eyebrow. "But when I was losing money here, you never closed." She chuckled, happily eyeing the stack of chips she had just won. With her debts finally cleared, the winnings were enough to support her for months. She couldn't help but feel giddy. Zenkichi casually set his chips down. "Forget it. That's enough." With his power, gambling wasn't much different from playing a rigged game—it was too easy. "Seriously?" Tsunade frowned. "With odds like this, why not take more?" "If I keep winning, the casino might shut down for good," Zenkichi replied. "You know what they say—slow and steady keeps the river flowing." He leaned in with a grin and lightly pinched her lower back, making Tsunade groan and roll her eyes again. "I heard there's a great hotel in Konoha," he said. "Let's go try it out." Tsunade didn't argue. Old ties aside, being with Zenkichi had its own comfort. --- After staying in Konoha for a while, Zenkichi traveled to the Land of Water to visit Terumi Mei. Even strong women needed affection sometimes. Later, he proposed that Tsunade, Terumi Mei, and Konan help him bring the advanced knowledge of the First Ninja World to the Second. Tsunade No. 2's gaze shifted toward the window, where Zenkichi stood admiring the distant view. "So, according to him, you and he are very close in your world?" she asked with a raised brow. "He said he wouldn't let me be with any other man." Tsunade No. 1 blinked, then glared at Zenkichi with suspicion. Zenkichi scratched his cheek awkwardly. "You two chat. I'll, uh... go for a walk." --- As he wandered through Konoha, Zenkichi suddenly froze. In front of him, Uzumaki Naruto was walking hand-in-hand with Uchiha Sasuke, clearly acting like a couple. Trailing behind them were Sakura and Hinata, both visibly heartbroken. "What the hell?" Zenkichi muttered. "My eyes... my poor eyes." He hadn't altered history to this extent—had he? With a sigh, he accepted responsibility. After all, he had eliminated Hinata's would-be partner. It was only right to... compensate. Appearing beside Hinata in an instant, he gave her a gentle smile. "Hello, little lady." Hinata, still crushed by what she'd just seen, looked up in surprise. When she saw Zenkichi—the hero who had once saved Konoha—standing before her, her face flushed instantly.
