To deliver the information, Scribe Sisters was the best choice. They were well-versed in various knowledge and could effectively record the strange events that had unfolded on the battlefield today. Thus, the final decision was made: one Scribe Sister and one Sisters Hospitaller would escape. The remaining Battle Sisters and Astra Militarum soldiers would buy them time, ensuring that the information and the gene-seeds would reach the Imperium. ... Meanwhile, hiding in a cave, Rhodes silently accessed his monster attribute panel and selected an upgrade. As Red King battled the swarm army and drew all attention, Rhodes left his previous hiding spot and found a concealed cave. This cave had once been a camp for a squad of Astra Militarum soldiers. Now, they were all dead, leaving behind some basic laser rifles, high-explosive grenades, and several crates of military rations. Rhodes casually opened a can, eating while watching Red King's battle from afar. Seeing that Red King was truly exhausted, Rhodes finally chose to enhance his monster. After hours of high-efficiency slaughter, Rhodes had accumulated over 2,000 system coins, bringing his total to more than 4,700. This was enough for two enhancements. Future upgrades would require more than 2,000 coins each—so Red King had to keep going! Rhodes didn't increase Red King's height but instead boosted his tonnage and weight.
