Kaiden chuckled. He reached out and ruffled her now-exposed hair. It was lush and soft as always, a true treat to touch, let alone stroke freely. "You did amazing, my Aria." The Moon Valkyrie’s cheeks turned pink as she leaned into the affection, biting her lip to hide her delight. Seconds ago, she was a death-dealing Valkyrie unleashing destruction in a gothic crypt... Now she was just a flustered girl getting headpats from her man. Luna rolled her eyes, but smiled despite herself. "Ugh. She’s going to be insufferable for the next hour." "... I suppose I can let her have this one... She was nice to me in the bath," Bastet decided after a lot of pondering. Aria was not the only possessive girl in the harem; in fact, both Luna and the Ra-Blessed Felinid harbored such thoughts, but they decided to let the girl have it this once. Instead, the tanned feline and the purple-haired beauty looked at one another and nodded. A decision has been made between the two. They moved forward through the dark, blood-slick crypt. The air was colder now. Still filled with the lingering echo of Aria’s lunar assault and the crisp burn of Nyx’s telekinetic violence. But another tension slowly crept in. Possessive. Competitive. It pulsed in the silence between Luna and Bastet as they walked. Both women still wore faint smiles, but there was a visible gleam in their eyes. The gleam of intent. Luna adjusted her gloves with exaggerated calm, while Bastet flicked her tail and hummed to herself as if she wasn’t planning anything at all. Nyx was the furthest ahead, idly brushing dust off her armor and catching her breath. Sensing movement, she turned around just in time for Luna to grab her left shoulder and Bastet her right. "What is it...?" With an effortless heave, the two women shoved her backward. Nyx stumbled and caught herself, blinking. The Space Valkyrie looked up just in time to see the Ra-Blessed Felinid and the Storm Valkyrie stride past her in perfect sync, their hips swaying, combat-ready, eyes glowing. They didn’t even look back. Instead, Luna snapped her fingers and summoned her [Stormblade], manifesting with violet arcs of energy. Bastet just crossed her arms beneath her sensual breasts. "Backline’s too crowded..." Luna murmured. "I don’t like watching." Bastet added. Nyx couldn’t help but chuckle under her breath, already sensing why she was shoved back. "Wow... an unexpected duo has been born." Clearly, they wanted their praise next. And Kaiden, who watched it all unfold while petting Aria’s head, only sighed under his breath, though a smile tugged at his lips as well. "Girls... We’re in a very dangerous dungeon... How about you calm down a bit? We can have all the fun we want once we’re outside." "I’m calm." Luna retorted instantly. "Master, please stop talking nonsense." "That’s right, we’re taking this dungeon very seriously." "Exactly! So just watch~" Bastet finished with a purr and an extra sensual shake of her butt. Kaiden couldn’t help but sigh in resignation as he and the other two Valkyries began following the motivated duo. They were certainly not wrong about one thing, however: they were very serious about butchering this dungeon’s inhabitants. None of the monsters were underestimated. ... The next horde soon came screaming. [Starved Thrall – Level 22] [Starved Thrall – Level 21] [Starved Thrall – Level 24] And more. The hall trembled as they clawed and sprinted across the stone, their emaciated bodies all jagged bone and hungry eyes. The scent of death poured off them, as if they’d never once fed in their cursed existence. Bastet raised her arm, and a golden radiance exploded from her fingertips. "[Solar Burst]!" A surge of searing light detonated from her center. It made her exposed, tanned belly get illuminated in the light. The radiant dome expanded outward, incinerating the closest thralls in a blinding instant. Screeches of agony filled the corridor as blistering light melted rotting flesh. The rest staggered, stunned and blinded. Ever since Kaiden had subdued her in the dungeon she ruled over as its Sun-Kissed Pharaoh, stripping away the chaotic monster nature she once wielded, Bastet had finally been classified as something more: a proper awakened. Her Class? [Solar Empress] Fitting for a Ra-Blessed Felinid, an exotic being touched by ancient solar magic, descended not from cats in alleys but divine beasts in temples. Her class itself ascertained the fact that Bastet was not a simple catwoman. She was not a sly predator. She was a lioness that commanded deserts, not shadows. Her style wasn’t to sneak or trick: it was to overwhelm. "[Thunder Vortex]!" Luna declared, slamming her [Stormblade] into the ground. A swirling column of violent winds and lightning formed around her. It spun outward, ripping the blinded, weakened thralls off their feet. Bolts of electricity lanced out like grasping claws, pulling every single monster toward the eye of the storm. And then the unexpected synergy happened. Solar and storm converged. Lightning wrapped around the solar light. Radiance and chaos danced like lovers; sunfire entwined with sky-fury. The vortex blazed. And everything inside burned. When the last body dropped, scorched into chunks of cindered meat, the hall fell silent again. Kaiden chuckled as he stepped closer and ran his fingers through their lush, shimmering hair once he saw the firm demand in their eyes. Luna’s lavender locks were charged with static while Bastet’s thick, dark strands still shone like a heat-hazed mirage. They both leaned into his touch with a soft purr. He smiled, petting their heads lovingly. Then his expression shifted. His head rose... eyes narrowing. Ahead, deeper in the dungeon, something pulsed. A calling. A pressure. It was time. He’d let his girls show their strength. Let them bloom. But now the pride in his blood whispered. Demanded. The sin was stirring. Kaiden’s hands left the heads of his lovers as he stepped ahead of them. He reached behind his back... And drew his greatsword. It was time to unleash the Sin of Pride.
