Chapter 6: Chapter 5 Arrogance "Bang!" A clear footprint appeared on Zhao Ziming’s body, and with a stagger, he took several steps back, nearly falling to the ground. "Do you think I need you to teach me how to handle my affairs? Disappear from my sight immediately, and if I hear one more word from you, I’ll break your damned legs today and throw you into the streets to beg!" Zheng Xi loudly warned, looking down on everyone. And the owner of that figure was none other than Ye Feng! Zhao Ziming was taken aback, puzzled as he watched Ye Feng, while the onlookers around them all wore curious faces, wondering what Ye Feng was going to do. The aftermath of attempting to persuade Zheng Xi had just been witnessed by everyone – what was Ye Feng going over there for? Ye Feng slowly walked to Zheng Xi’s side. Ye Feng, for eight years in the Southern Border, had commanded countless warriors, holding high positions. His air of authority, even without anger, surged like a tidal wave towards Zheng Xi. A flicker of panic crossed Zheng Xi’s eyes – he had only ever felt such an imposing presence in front of his own father, yet Ye Feng’s aura was so much stronger than his father’s! The panic in Zheng Xi’s eyes vanished in an instant; his longstanding arrogance and presumptuousness had bred a dismissive attitude in him. Zheng Xi looked at Ye Feng and began, "Kid..." "Slap!" But before Zheng Xi could finish speaking, Ye Feng’s hand swung out rapidly, his arm seeming to stretch, generating a piercing sonic boom. Zheng Xi didn’t get a chance to react before he was fiercely slapped across the face. Intense pain overwhelmed him instantly, Zheng Xi’s expression twisted, his eyes almost popping out of their sockets as he was lifted off his feet and sent flying. "Bang!" With a thud, Zheng Xi crashed heavily onto a nearby Ferrari, denting the car door. ... Instantly, silence fell over the entire venue. Everyone who witnessed the scene was in shock. Young Master Zheng was hit? In Lin Tian City, the notoriously ill-reputed Zheng Xi, Young Master Zheng, had just been slapped away in broad daylight. Even Zhao Ziming stood there, stunned in disbelief. This idiot is done for! That was what the onlookers were thinking. They all revealed looks of surprise and schadenfreude. Although Zheng Xi was not someone Zhao Ziming could afford to provoke, the slap from Ye Feng had been truly satisfying and moved him greatly. "Step back!" Ye Feng shook his head. Then, with a wave of his arm, Zhao Ziming felt a mysterious force pushing against him, and by the time he realized it, he was already behind Ye Feng. The five men reached Ye Feng, shouting loudly, "Kill him!" But Ye Feng, fearless, shifted into a blur, moving with swift strikes. "Bang bang bang!" Dull thudding sounds echoed in everyone’s ears, and the five men, like kites with broken strings, were sent flying, lying on the ground, wailing in agony. All this happened in less than two seconds. "Ah~~" Zheng Xi cried out in agony, feeling as if his kneecaps were about to split open. "Bastard, I want you dead! You’ll regret this—when my dad gets here, I’ll make sure you rot in jail, I’ll make you regret being born!" Zheng Xi bellowed, cursing through his pain. "Ye Feng!" It was at this moment, from within the crowd, that two beautiful figures hurried over. They were none other than Lin Shiyu and Wu Kexin. Wu Kexin, sensing that something was awry, immediately sought out Lin Shiyu, who hadn’t expected the situation to escalate to such gravity. His normally upright spine curved slightly, and the authority on his face was swept away, almost as if he was kneeling in submission! Zheng Yonggang struggled to suppress the tumult within him. After a few seconds of stunned silence, he finally managed to stutter out, "C... Captain... How... How is it you?"
