But the first to respond was not Logan, but the blood-soaked girl. “I-it feels like the fever is subsiding, Priestess.” The girl, with an awkward smile, had a trickle of blood running down her lip, pushing Ilyria past her breaking point. “Ah!” Ilyria’s pained scream rang out as she dashed out of the tent.
