Ye Ningwan and Wu Taotao arrived at the bar. But... is this a bar? Though the lights were dazzling, it wasn’t as noisy as one would expect. The music was vibrant, yet as soothing as a waterfall. The red wine was seductive, yet incredibly alluring. The warm servers and handsome bartenders were the most beautiful adornments here. Wu Taotao was overjoyed, quickly shaking Ye Ningwan: "I didn’t expect bars to be like this, totally different from the chaotic scenes on TV." Ye Ningwan glanced at Yang Rui, who brought them here, probably not daring to take them to a too rowdy bar. "I can’t drink alcohol, is there a sweeter drink?" Wu Taotao asked the bartender. The bartender nodded with a smile and prepared a cocktail named "Honey" for her to try. Wu Taotao took a small sip, her eyes lit up, and she immediately turned to Ye Ningwan: "Ningning, it tastes really good, you should try it too." "Make me one too," Ye Ningwan said to the bartender. Nodding somewhat flusteredly, he quickly mixed a drink for her and courteously placed it in front of her: "Miss, please enjoy." Ye Ningwan took a sip, indeed it was very sweet and tasted quite good. "Beautiful, your words are way too harsh," the man said angrily. A hand rested on his shoulder, yanking him back, causing him to stumble and fall to the ground. "So what if they are? Who told you to come over and flirt," "Bro, you’re here, bro," Wu Taotao called out excitedly. Ye Ningwan looked up, it was Wu Wei. Wu Wei was tall and handsome, his skin slightly tanned; years in the mountains gave him a more robust look compared to urban folk. Ye Ningwan smiled and extended her hand, resting it on his shoulder: "Wu Wei, you’re here. Taotao said you were angry, is it true?" Wu Wei looked at her with a complex gaze, sighing, "I was a bit angry, but if you agree to come back with me, I won’t be." "Okay, I’ll go back with you, don’t be angry," Ye Ningwan giggled foolishly. "Where are you planning to go?" A familiar voice suddenly rang out. Immediately, Ye Ningwan was pulled back, her body softened, and she fell into a solid embrace. An arm wrapped around her slender waist, letting her head rest on his shoulder. Ye Ningwan lifted her head, a very handsome face. "So handsome," she smiled, reaching out to gently touch the man’s face. The man hadn’t expected her to act so suddenly, a bit taken aback, even his ear tips were slightly red. "Who are you? Let go of Ningning," Wu Wei hurriedly reached out to pull Ye Ningwan. But he was stopped by the arriving bodyguards. Zhan Hanjue coldly introduced himself, "I’m Zhan Hanjue, Ye Ningwan’s man." With that, he leaned slightly and lifted Ye Ningwan into his arms, striding away with her. "Let go of Ningning," Wu Wei tried to block him but was restrained by the bodyguards, unable to move. "You better take care of your sister," Yang Rui advised him, then left with the bodyguards. Wu Wei angrily punched the bar, taking a while to calm down, before carrying the drunken Wu Taotao out. Zhan Hanjue carried Ye Ningwan to the car. Once inside, Ye Ningwan clung onto him, looping her arms around his neck. Zhan Hanjue disdainfully pulled her off: "Sit properly." "I won’t," Ye Ningwan giggled, leaning back over, half her body resting on Zhan Hanjue. Zhan Hanjue couldn’t do anything with her and allowed her to lean on him. The car swayed a bit as it turned. Ye Ningwan’s body swayed, her mouth brushing against Zhan Hanjue’s chin. The soft, full lips gently grazed, making Zhan Hanjue shiver slightly, a shade of dark color flashed in his eyes. "Ouch," Ye Ningwan covered her mouth. What was that? Why did it feel prickly? Like a curious child, she began examining Zhan Hanjue’s face, as if trying to investigate. Her fingertip gently swept across his chin, but the sensation was faint. So she lifted her head again, using her lips to feel. Zhan Hanjue was surprised, his face turning red. He immediately caught her wrist, pulling her away. "Ye Ningwan, stop moving around." "It hurts, you’re hurting me," Ye Ningwan pouted, wronged. Zhan Hanjue had no choice but to let her go. Ye Ningwan giggled and leaned back into his embrace, reaching out to touch his chin: "See, you respond better to softness than hardness." "You know me that well?" Zhan Hanjue’s voice turned cold, pushing her away again. "You’re angry again," Ye Ningwan pouted. Zhan Hanjue coldly looked at her: "Ye Ningwan, don’t think I won’t dare to do anything to you." It seemed he had to show this little woman just who he was. "Why so fierce?" Ye Ningwan pouted coyly. Soon, she giggled foolishly again, struggling to reach out with a hand, touching his face. "You... you’re so good-looking, your eyes... have stars in them." Saying that, she slightly pouted her red lips, closed her eyes, and slowly leaned over...
