I promise I won’t kill you!” “But I’m afraid you’ll point a gun at my head and send me to jail,” Ye Fan said. “You have to be clear about what’s happening. Only an idiot would walk into a trap.” “So you’re not coming down? Fine, I’m coming up to find you, and I will search every office!” Zhao Lina said furiously. Five or six minutes later, inside a private booth in a cafe near the Amari Group Building, Ye Fan sat on a couch, leaning back and looking up at Zhao Lina, who was standing in front of him with a deadly stare. “Let’s talk this through calmly; we are all civilized people here, no need for violence,” Ye Fan called out. Zhao Lina stared coldly at Ye Fan for a while, then huffed and sat down on the opposite sofa. “Ye Fan, do you realize you’ve ruined me!” she fumed.
