The original path toward the Mirror World was diverted... Fortunately, I caught it early. If their magical traces had fully dissipated, reproducing their trajectory would’ve been almost impossible." "But even if we find the path," Luvia frowned, "without the magic staff Master left us, we can’t transfer over ourselves." "Maybe you can’t." Sakatsuki snapped his fingers. As both women turned toward him in confusion, he pointed to himself. "But I can." As the kaleidoscopic space-time tunnel around him unraveled, Sakatsuki suddenly found himself standing in the middle of a dense jungle. Glug, glug, glug... An indescribably foul stench hit him full force. Reflexively, Sakatsuki launched himself into the air, landing atop a tree. He quickly pulled out Hades’ Cloak, wrapping it around himself before finally glancing down at his shoes. Then came the shock — at some point, the toxic swamp below had corroded his soles completely. Looking forward, he saw a monstrous beast rolling in the poisonous mire. Its rough, bristled hide dripped venom; its yellowed tusks gleamed menacingly.
