This was the second thing Lin Tian encountered since becoming a zombie that could harm the zombie body, the first being the sun. He shook his dizzy head and, with a push off the wall, shot toward the girl, hoping to subdue her with his speed. But the girl’s left hand now held a golden talisman, drawn upon with curved and twisted vermilion characters. With her right hand forming strange gestures and a word emerging from her lips. "Stop!" The talisman burst into flames, dispersing a strange force that halted Lin Tian, who was mid-charge, frozen in the air, unable to move regardless of how he struggled. The girl conjured another talisman like magic, tossing it into the air, muttering an incantation. The talisman in the air suddenly turned into a golden flame, heading towards Lin Tian. The golden flame swelled with the wind, and by the time it reached him, it was over a meter tall. Upon contact with the golden flames, Lin Tian’s clothes were completely burned away, then he felt an endless scorching heat, as if he were being exposed directly to the sun. "Roar!" A beast-like growl emitted from Lin Tian’s mouth as he glared, his pupils replaced by a faint blue light. Simultaneously, a chill emanated from his belly, coursing through his body, and the crippling pain vanished instantly. The golden flame rapidly receded and eventually disappeared, Lin Tian fell to the ground with a thud. The girl stared in shock at the now naked Lin Tian, murmuring to herself, "How is this possible, the Demon Slaying Golden Flames didn’t work on him!" The Purple-clothed girl sized up Lin Tian, who was completely unharmed, as he covered his vital parts with both hands, glaring back at her unabashed stare. It seemed the girl snapped back to reality, her face turning crimson, and she hurriedly covered her eyes with her hands, whether she peeked through her fingers at Lin Tian was unknown. A wise man does not suffer in the face of disadvantage—he must retreat first. Seizing the opportunity, Lin Tian turned and leapt forcefully towards the window. "Thinking of leaving? It won’t be so easy!" The girl shouted in a delicate voice, throwing the purple whip into the air, her hands forming seals, her mouth chanting, "Present, Soldiers, Battle, Those, All, Array, Align, In, Front, Thunder Law, Banish Evil!" "Rumble..." The purple whip shone with a purple light, accompanied by a dull thundering sound, and a bolt of lightning struck from the whip towards Lin Tian, who was jumping out of the window. With a loud "bang," Lin Tian felt as though his back had been struck by heavenly thunder, his hair standing on end and skin and internals stinging, accompanied by a burnt smell. Without daring to stay, Lin Tian accelerated using the force of the blow, disappearing into the vast night in an instant. "Ah, why did I hold back some of my power? In no time at all, not even ashes were left on the ground, while everything else remained intact.
