Xinyue charged ahead when suddenly, a black snake shot out like lightning from a crevice beside her. Its sharp fangs aimed at Xinyue’s right arm. Xinyue’s glasses were in infrared mode, highly effective against warm-blooded animals, but snakes are cold-blooded, rendering her glasses useless. The claws were plunged into the rock. Number 88 turned halfway, stabbing the Dragon Scale into the Genetic Person’s back. Sparks flew, and the Genetic Person howled, tumbling in the air, grappling with number 88 as they rolled into another cavern. “Careful, it’s a Poisonous Lizard Man!” That was 88’s warning to his four comrades in the midst of his intense battle. The Poisonous Lizard Man, merged with the genes of a poison lizard, covered in Scale Armor impervious to blades and bullets, was naturally toxic and immune to poisons. Such a creature, especially challenging to kill within the caves. Boom! The passageway below them suddenly shook violently. A Poisonous Lizard Man had broken through the platform beneath their feet. Chang Ye’s poison, was it limited to mere three Poison Bombs? The truly formidable poison was her innate toxin, which the Poisonous Lizard Man could perhaps resist from the bombs, but could never withstand the inherent venom of Chang Ye herself.
